Description
本実施形態は、上記のように構成されており、以下その作用について説明する。図1,図2において、本実施形態に係るタイヤ10では、タイヤ骨格部材12の平坦クラウン部22の外面22Aが、タイヤ軸方向に沿って平坦に形成されている。また平坦クラウン部22の外面22Aに沿って補強層14が設けられており、補強層14のタイヤ軸方向外側の端部14Aが、平坦クラウン部22のタイヤ軸方向外側の端部よりもタイヤ軸方向内側に位置している。

Claims (3)
- 樹脂材料からなり、タイヤ軸方向両側に位置するサイド部と、このサイド部のタイヤ半径方向外側端部に連なりタイヤ軸方向断面においてタイヤ外側へ凸に湾曲したショルダー部と、前記ショルダー部に連なる平坦クラウン部とが設けられたタイヤ骨格部材と、
前記平坦クラウン部の外面に沿って設けられ、タイヤ軸方向外側の端部が、前記平坦クラウン部のタイヤ軸方向外側の端部よりもタイヤ軸方向内側に位置する補強層と、
前記平坦クラウン部及び前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向外側に設けられたトレッドと、
を有し、
前記トレッドの外面は、タイヤ軸方向断面において、前記補強層の前記端部の位置からタイヤ軸方向内側に設けられタイヤ半径方向外側に凸となる円弧状の中央領域と、前記中央領域のタイヤ軸方向外側に連なり前記中央領域の延長線よりもタイヤ半径方向内側に形成された端部領域とを有しているタイヤ。 - 前記端部領域は、タイヤ軸方向断面において、タイヤ外側に曲率中心を有する円弧状に形成されている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッドの幅をTWとし、前記トレッドのタイヤ赤道面における前記外面と、前記中央領域と前記端部領域の境界とのタイヤ半径方向落差である落ち量をDとすると、
D/TW=0.03〜0.05である請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
