Description
図7は、上述した電池接続体1の第1の変形例を示す説明図である。同図に示す電池接続体101のケース103には、上述したサーミスタ線収容部9の代わりに、サーミスタ線収容部109が設けられている。サーミスタ線収容部109は、電圧検出線収容部8の側方空間と、該空間にサーミスタ線5を保持するための保持爪191と、で構成されている。
図8は、上述した電池接続体2の第2の変形例を示す説明図である。同図に示す電池接続体201のケース203には、上述したサーミスタ線収容部9の代わりに、サーミスタ線収容部209が設けられている。サーミスタ線収容部209は、電圧検出線収容部8に隣接し、樋状に形成されている。また、サーミスタ線収容部209には、上述した可撓爪91の代わりに、サーミスタ線収容部209の開口部290の約半分を塞いだ壁291と、当該壁291の端部に連なり下方に延びた壁292と、が設けられている。サーミスタ線収容部209は、これら壁291,292によって迷路構造になっており、収容されたサーミスタ線5が外部に出難くなっている。

Claims (6)
- 電池集合体を構成する各電池セルを電気的に接続する複数の接続導体と、前記複数の接続導体が装着されるケースと、前記ケースに配索される複数の第1電線及び第2電線と、を備えた電池接続体において、
前記ケースに、接続導体装着部と、第1電線収容部と、第2電線収容部と、が設けられ、
前記接続導体が前記ケースの一方側から前記接続導体装着部に装着され、
前記第1電線が前記ケースの一方側から前記第1電線収容部に収容され、
前記第2電線が前記ケースの他方側から前記第2電線収容部に収容される
ことを特徴とする電池接続体。 - 前記ケースの一方側が前記ケースの裏側であり、前記ケースの他方側が前記ケースの表側である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池接続体。 - 前記第1電線収容部と前記第2電線収容部とが隣接して設けられているとともに前記ケースの一部により前記第1電線収容部と前記第2電線収容部とが区画されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池接続体。 - 前記第1電線が前記接続導体に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池接続体。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池接続体と、該電池接続体により各電池セルが電気的に接続された電池集合体と、を備えた
ことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記第1電線収容部が、前記ケースの裏側に開口した開口部を有する樋状に形成され、当該開口部が前記電池集合体によって塞がれている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
