Claims (9)
- リチウムイオンセルを製造する方法であって、
前記リチウムイオンセルの基材の上にコーティングとして電極材料を堆積させるステップと、
気体流の下において、初期周波数から最終周波数まで周波数を増加させながら、前記堆積された電極材料に対しマイクロ波照射するステップと、
前記照射された電極材料を非水性電解質溶液で湿潤するステップと、

前記リチウムイオンセルの基材の上にコーティングとして電極材料を堆積させるステップの後、
さらに前記正及び負の電極材料の間にセパレータ層を配置するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記リチウムイオンセルの基材の上にコーティングとして電極材料を堆積させるステップにおいて、
前記電極材料は、前記基材上に水性スラリーが堆積されてなる請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電極材料を堆積するステップが、前記電極材料を前記基材の上にスプレーコーティング及び/又は転写コーティングするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が金属箔を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性電解質溶液が、炭酸エチレン、炭酸ジメチル、及び炭酸ジエチルの一つ又はそれ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性電解質溶液は、溶媒に吸湿性の固体が溶解されてなる請求項1に記載の方法。
