で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有し、かつ質量平均分子量が1500以上8000以下である樹脂Aと、下記式(2)
(式(2)中、R1はアルキル基又はアリール基を表し、R2はアルコキシ基又は水酸基を表し、p2、q2、r2、a2、及びb2は、(r2+q2)/[(p2+b2×q2)+a2×q2+(r2+q2)]=0.01〜0.05かつ(p2+b2×q2)/[(p2+b2×q2)+a2×q2+(r2+q2)]=0.35〜0.7となる任意の正数を表す。R2のうち80%以上が水酸基である。)
で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有し、かつ質量平均分子量が1000以上3000以下である樹脂Bとを含むことを特徴とする。
本発明に係るシリコーン樹脂組成物は、下記式(1)で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有し、かつ質量平均分子量が1500以上8000以下である樹脂Aと、下記式(2)で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有し、かつ質量平均分子量が1000以上3000以下である樹脂Bと、を含むことを特徴とする。樹脂Aと樹脂Bとの混合比率は樹脂A:樹脂B=100:0.1〜30(質量比)であることが好ましい。
(式(2)中、R1はアルキル基又はアリール基を表し、R2はアルコキシ基又は水酸基を表し、p2、q2、r2、a2、及びb2は、(r2+q2)/[(p2+b2×q2)+a2×q2+(r2+q2)]=0.01〜0.05かつ(p2+b2×q2)/[(p2+b2×q2)+a2×q2+(r2+q2)]=0.35〜0.7となる任意の正数を表す。R2のうち80%以上が水酸基である。)
繰り返し単位T3は、1又は2本のオルガノポリシロキサン鎖による分岐鎖構造を構成している。つまり、繰り返し単位T3を有することにより、樹脂は、網目構造や環構造を形成し得る。
式(1)中、R1はアルキル基又はアリール基を表す。繰り返し単位T2中のR1と繰り返し単位T3中のR1とは、それぞれ同種の基であってもよく、互いに異なる基であってもよい。同様に、式(1)中の2以上の繰り返し単位T2中のR1は、それぞれ同種の基であってもよく、互いに異なる基であってもよい。式(1)中の2以上の繰り返し単位T3中のR1は、それぞれ同種の基であってもよく、互いに異なる基であってもよい。
本発明においては、樹脂Aの一分子当たりの繰り返し単位T2の数と繰り返し単位T3の数の和は、5以上であることが好ましい。
式(2)中、R1及びR2は上記と同じ意味を表す。式(1)中のR1及びR2と、式(2)中のR1及びR2とは、互いに独立である。
樹脂を溶解させるために使用する溶媒としては、GPC測定に用いる移動相溶媒と同一溶媒が好ましく、具体的にはテトラヒドロフラン、クロロホルム、トルエン、キシレン、ジクロロメタン、ジクロロエタン、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール等が用いることができる。
使用するカラムとしても、その多くは市販されており、想定される分子量に従って特定のカラムを用いればよい。

[実施例1]
樹脂Aとして、前記式(1)で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有する樹脂(A−1)(Mw=3500、前記式(1)中、R1=メチル基、R2=メトキシ基又は水酸基)と、樹脂Bとして、前記式(2)で表されるオルガノポリシロキサン構造を有する樹脂(B−1)(Mw=2400、前記式(2)中、R1=メチル基、R2=エトキシ基又は水酸基であり、R2のうち水酸基の割合90.2%)とを用いて、樹脂組成物を得た。樹脂(A−1)及び樹脂(B−1)の各繰り返し単位の存在比率を、表1及び2にそれぞれ示す。
ウォーターバス内に設置したフラスコ内に、前記樹脂(A−1)100g及び酢酸2−ブトキシエチル31.4gを入れ、内温が85℃になるまで加熱攪拌して前記樹脂(A−1)を溶解させ、シリコーン樹脂組成物(α2)を得た。
得られた硬化後のパッケージを、それぞれ12個準備し、小型冷熱衝撃装置TSE−11−A(エスペック社製)を用いて、−30℃と85℃とでそれぞれ30分間保持する操作を50サイクル繰り返すヒートショック試験を行った。クラックが生じたパッケージ数を表3に示す。
