Description
[装置の全体構成]
図1は、実施形態に係る燃料電池システムの構成の一例を示す模式図である。図1では、燃料電池システム100を側面視した図が示されている。また、便宜上、「上」から「下」に重力が作用するものとし、以下の説明では、上下方向を鉛直方向という場合がある。また、原燃料及び改質ガスの流れを実線、空気の流れを点線、燃焼排ガスの流れを一点鎖線で示している。
図2は、実施形態に係る燃料電池システムの燃料集合部の周辺部の一例を示す斜視図である。図2でも、「上」から「下」に重力が作用するとしている。また、改質ガスの流れを実線、空気の流れを点線で示している。
以下、覆い体8の具体例について図面を参照しながら説明する。

Claims (8)
- 原燃料の改質により改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質ガスと空気との反応により発電する固体酸化物形燃料電池と、
前記固体酸化物形燃料電池に隣接して設けられ、前記固体酸化物形燃料電池の反応後に残存する改質ガスが集合する燃料集合部と、
前記固体酸化物形燃料電池から排出されたカソードオフガスが流通する空気通過部と、
前記燃料集合部の燃料吹き出し口から出た改質ガスに前記カソードオフガスが混合することで前記改質ガスを燃焼させる燃焼部と、
前記空気通過部から前記燃焼部へ前記改質器に沿って流れる前記カソードオフガスの一部の流れを妨げるように設けられている覆い体と、を備え、
前記燃焼部の燃焼熱を用いて、前記改質器による前記原燃料の改質が行われ、前記覆い体は、前記燃料集合部の燃料吹き出し口側へ前記カソードオフガスを送るように構成されている燃料電池システム。 - 前記改質器は、前記燃料集合部の周囲を囲む環状に設けられ、
前記空気通過部は、前記改質器と前記燃料集合部との間に、前記燃料集合部の外周に沿って、環状に設けられており、
前記燃料吹き出し口は、前記燃料集合部の側壁部に設けられている請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記覆い体は、前記改質器から前記燃料集合部への向きにおいて鉛直方向下方に傾斜している請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記覆い体の上方から前記燃焼部を覆う第1保炎カバーを備える請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記第1保炎カバーは、前記改質器から前記燃料集合部への向きにおいて鉛直方向上方に傾斜している請求項4に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記覆い体の上方から前記燃焼部を覆い、前記燃料集合部から突出している第2保炎カバーを備える請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記覆い体は、前記空気通過部から前記燃焼部への前記カソードオフガスの吹き出しのための開口部を備え、
前記開口部は、前記燃料吹き出し口の直下に設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記改質器と前記燃料吹き出し口との間の距離は、30mm以上である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。
