Claims (7)
- 寒天培地に菌源を付加した観察対象を保持するための観察対象保持部と、
暗環境下で観察対象保持部に保持された観察対象の中の菌の培養を行ってコロニーを発生させるための暗環境培養室と、
暗環境培養室内に納められる観察対象保持部に保持された観察対象を近赤外光で照射する赤外光源と、
赤外光源により近赤外光を照射される観察対象の近赤外光透過像を撮影する赤外光カメラと、
を有する暗環境同時観察培養装置。 - 赤外光カメラが観察対象を複数回にわたり継続して撮影するための複数撮影制御を行う制御部をさらに有する請求項1に記載の暗環境同時観察培養装置。
- 赤外光源には赤外光の所定の波長帯を遮るフィルターが備わる請求項1又は2に記載の暗環境同時観察培養装置。
- 赤外光カメラには赤外光の所定の波長帯を遮るフィルターが備わる請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の暗環境同時観察培養装置。
- 赤外光カメラは、暗環境培養室内の天井側に下方に向けて配置され、
赤外光源は、暗環境培養室内の床側に上方に向けて配置され、
観察対象保持部は、赤外光カメラと赤外光源との間に配置される請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の暗環境同時観察培養装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一に記載の暗環境同時観察培養装置を用いた観察培養方法であって、
暗環境培養室内に暗環境下で菌の培養を行うために寒天培地に菌源を付加してコロニー未発生状態の観察対象を設置する観察対象設置ステップと、
暗環境培養室内に納められた観察対象に前記赤外光源により近赤外光を照射する赤外光照射ステップと、
前記赤外光カメラにより赤外光源により近赤外光を照射されている状態で観察対象の近赤外光透過像を撮影する撮影ステップと、
を有する観察培養方法。 - 前記撮影ステップは、赤外光カメラが観察対象を複数回にわたり継続して撮影するための複数撮影制御を行う制御サブステップをさらに有する請求項6に記載の観察培養方法。
