図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電動圧縮機の外観を示す側面図である。図2は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電動圧縮機の外観を示す正面図であり、図1の矢印II方向から見た図である。図3は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電動圧縮機の後述する耐衝撃部材を裏面側から見た斜視図である。
図4は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動圧縮機の外観を示す側面図である。図5は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動圧縮機の外観を示す正面図であり、図4の矢印V方向から見た図である。図6は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動圧縮機の耐衝撃部材を裏面側から見た斜視図である。
Claims (2)
- 流体を圧縮する圧縮機構と、
前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記圧縮機構および前記電動モータを収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記ハウジングとの間に前記インバータを収容するカバーと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられた耐衝撃部材とを備え、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記カバーおよび前記ハウジングから離間した位置に配置された張出部、および、前記張出部から前記ハウジングに向けて延在するスペーサ部を含み、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記カバーの外周を跨いで前記ハウジングに取り付けられており、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記スペーサ部が前記ハウジングに接合されることで前記ハウジングに取り付けられており、
前記スペーサ部は、前記張出部から前記ハウジングに向けて延在する立設部と、該立設部の延在方向における前記張出部側の端部とは反対側の端部から前記立設部の延在方向と交わる方向に延在するフランジ部とを有し、
前記フランジ部は、前記ハウジングに接合されている、電動圧縮機。 - 流体を圧縮する圧縮機構と、
前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記圧縮機構および前記電動モータを収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記ハウジングとの間に前記インバータを収容するカバーと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられた耐衝撃部材とを備え、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記カバーおよび前記ハウジングから離間した位置に配置された張出部、および、前記張出部から前記ハウジングに向けて延在するスペーサ部を含み、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記カバーの外周を跨いで前記ハウジングに取り付けられており、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記スペーサ部が前記ハウジングに接合されることで前記ハウジングに取り付けられており、
前記耐衝撃部材は、前記張出部から前記ハウジングに向けて延在する支持部をさらに有し、
前記支持部の延在方向における張出部側の端部とは反対側の端部は、前記ハウジングから離間している、電動圧縮機。
