Claims (5)
- 射出キャビティ型及び射出コア型を冷却しながら、前記射出キャビティ型と前記射出コア型とで画成される射出空間内に樹脂材料を射出してプリフォームを形成する射出成形工程と、
前記プリフォームを前記射出空間内に保持した状態で所定温度に冷却する冷却調整工程と、
前記プリフォームを、前記射出コア型が挿入された状態で、前記射出キャビティ型から離型すると共にブローキャビティ型まで移送する移送工程と、
前記ブローキャビティ型内で前記プリフォームをブロー成形して中空容器を形成するブロー成形工程と、を有し、
少なくとも前記冷却調整工程において、前記射出コア型に対する冷却強度を前記射出キャビティ型に対する冷却強度よりも弱めることを特徴とするブロー成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載のブロー成形方法において、
前記冷却調整工程中の少なくとも一部の期間で前記射出コア型の冷却を中止することで前記射出コア型に対する冷却強度を弱めることを特徴とするブロー成形方法。 - 請求項2に記載のブロー成形方法において、
前記冷却調整工程の全期間で前記射出コア型の冷却を中止することを特徴とするブロー成形方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブロー成形方法において、
前記射出キャビティ型及び前記射出コア型は、前記射出キャビティ型及び前記射出コア型に設けられた流路に温調冷却媒体を流通させることで冷却され、
前記温調冷却媒体の流通量を前記射出キャビティ型よりも減少させることで前記射出コア型に対する冷却強度を弱めることを特徴とするブロー成形方法。 - 射出キャビティ型及び射出コア型を備え、前記射出キャビティ型と前記射出コア型とで画成される射出空間内に樹脂材料を射出してプリフォームを形成する射出成形部と、
前記プリフォームを、前記射出コア型が挿入された状態で、前記射出キャビティ型から離型すると共にブローキャビティ型まで移送する移送部と、
前記ブローキャビティ型内で前記プリフォームをブロー成形して中空容器を形成するブロー成形部と、を有すると共に、
前記射出キャビティ型及び前記射出コア型を冷却する冷却手段と、を備え、
前記冷却手段は、前記射出成形部において前記プリフォームを冷却する冷却期間には、前記射出コア型に対する冷却強度を前記射出キャビティ型に対する冷却強度よりも弱めることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
