Claims (5)
- エンジンのバルブを開閉させるカムシャフトのクランクシャフトに対する回転方向の位相を変化させるカムシャフト位相可変装置を有するエンジンの動弁装置であって、
該カムシャフト位相可変装置の構成部品を保持した状態で前記カムシャフトに着脱可能に設けられるホルダーを備え、
前記カムシャフト位相可変装置の構成部品は、
前記カムシャフトに対して回転方向に相対変位可能で軸方向に相対変位不能な従動部材と、
前記カムシャフトと一体に回転可能に設けられ、前記従動部材に対して回転方向及び軸方向に相対変位可能なガイド部材と、
前記従動部材と前記ガイド部材との間に配設される遠心ウェイトと、
前記従動部材と前記ガイド部材とを互いに接近する方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
を備えていることを特徴とするエンジンの動弁装置。 - 前記ホルダーにはスプラインキーが設けられ、前記ガイド部材は該スプラインキーに沿って軸方向に移動可能なように該ホルダーに保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの動弁装置。
- 前記ホルダーは、前記カムシャフトの軸端に回転不能に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの動弁装置。
- 前記カムシャフト内にはオイル通路が設けられ、前記ホルダーには前記カムシャフト位相可変装置の構成部品に対するオイル供給路が該オイル通路に連通するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかの請求項に記載のエンジンの動弁装置。
- 前記オイル供給路は、前記オイル通路より通路断面積が小さく、前記ホルダーに設けられたスプラインキーにオイルを供給可能な位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンジンの動弁装置。
