Description
それぞれの寸法が1938×876×8mmの2枚の強化モノリシック板ガラスを、それぞれのスキン圧縮力120MPaで、4枚のPVB中間層(PVB厚は0.38mmの4倍)と合体させることにより、強化合わせガラスを製造する。次いで合わせガラスに、図1に示したように変形を施す。合わせガラス1の固定幅2及び固定長さ3を維持し、そして図1に示されているように、下向きの鉛直方向のベクトルによって、固定状態を保持されない側に変位を加える。このことは、組み立て済の合わせガラスを1つの事例では20℃の温度、そして別の事例では70℃の温度にもたらした後で実施する。変位を施す結合ロッドの下側に配置された力センサ4は、合わせガラスの周囲の種々異なる点で加えられた力を測定するのを可能にする。いくつかの点で力は引張り力であり、他の点では力は圧縮力であるので、合力はゼロである。従って合わせガラスがもちこたえた荷重は、力の絶対値を加算することによって評価する。図2は、両温度事例で測定された力の絶対値の合計を、撓みの関数として示している。70℃の加熱が30%オーダーの荷重低減を可能にすることが判る。図3は、力の絶対値の合計の変化を時間の関数として示している。70℃までの予熱を伴う試験の場合、合わせガラスは20℃の周囲空気に直ちに戻されることが知られている。70℃と20℃との間で合わせガラスの温度が低下することが、時間を関数として示されている。20℃で変形させられた合わせガラスと、70℃で変形させられ20℃に戻された合わせガラスとを比較すると、70℃まで予熱する事例において合成力は著しく低いままであって30%の省力が維持され、そして改善さえされていることが判る。従って、70℃まで予熱された場合の中間層はより良好に老化することになり、層間剥離の傾向及び白化の傾向が少なくなる。
Claims (15)
- 金属フレームワークと、ポリマー材料から形成された中間層によって分離されたガラス基材を含む合わせガラスを含むパネルとを含む曲げガラス張りモジュールの製造方法であって、該合わせガラスが組み立てられた後で、該パネルが該金属フレームワークの形状を成すようにする力によって該パネルを曲げ、次いでこの形状を保持手段によって保持する製造方法において、
該ポリマー材料が、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレン/ビニルアセテートおよびイオノマー樹脂からなる群から選択され、
該曲げを、該中間層が30℃以上75℃未満の範囲の温度にある間に行うことを特徴とする、曲げガラス張りモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記曲げを、前記中間層が40℃を上回る温度にある間に行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層は、曲げ加工中、ガラス転移温度よりも高い温度にあることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層はPVBであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのガラス基材が、強化ガラス板を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルの全てのガラス基材の全てのガラス板を強化することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 加熱エレメントを該パネルと並置することにより、前記パネルを加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱エレメントは加熱ブランケットであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルは2つの異なる方向に沿って同時に曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記曲げが10〜120秒間にわたって持続することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリマー材料から形成された中間層と、該中間層と並置されたガラス基材との間の界面に作用する剪断応力が20℃で3MPa未満であるように、前記パネルを曲げることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルが3m2よりも大きい面積の主面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルが4m 2 よりも大きいい面積の主面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルが5m 2 よりも大きい面積の主面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 曲げを施して前記中間層を20℃の温度に戻した後、ポリマー材料から形成された前記中間層と前記ガラス基材との間の界面に作用する剪断応力の状態を、前記パネルの主面に偏光フィルムを貼付することによって、そして次いで該パネル及び該フィルムを透過した色を表示することによって評価することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
