Abstract
Description
一軸偏心ねじポンプ10は、いわゆる回転容積式のポンプである。図1に示すとおり、一軸偏心ねじポンプ10は、ポンプケーシング16及びステータケーシング18の内部に、ロータ50、ステータ20、及び動力伝達機構60等を収容した構成とされている。より具体的には、一軸偏心ねじポンプ10は、ポンプケーシング16の内部に動力伝達機構60などが収容され、ステータケーシング18の内部にステータ20やロータ50等が収容された構成とされている。
以下、本発明のステータ20について詳細に説明する。図2(b)に示すとおり、本発明のステータ20は、外筒30及びステータ本体42を備えている。
続いて、本発明の第二実施形態に係るステータ120について説明する。なお、以下のステータ120の説明において、ステータ20と同様の構成についてはステータ20の説明において付した符合と同じ符合を用いて説明し、詳細な説明を省略する。
続いて、本発明の第三実施形態に係るステータ220について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、ステータ20と同様の構成については同一の符合を用いて説明し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 雌ねじ型の挿通孔を備えたステータ内に雄ねじ型のロータを回転可能に挿通し、駆動源を介して前記ロータを偏心回転させることにより移送物を移送するように構成された一軸偏心ねじポンプのステータであって、
エラストマーにより成型され、内周面に前記雌ねじ型の挿通孔がステータの軸線方向に延びるように形成されるステータ本体と、
前記ステータ本体の外側に取り付けられる外筒とを有し、
前記ステータ本体が、少なくとも一方の端部にフランジ状のガスケット部を備え、
前記ステータが、前記ガスケット部と前記外筒とが固着される固着領域を備え、
前記外筒及び前記ガスケット部の双方又は一方に、前記ステータの前記軸線方向に突出あるいは退入した起伏部を有し、
前記起伏部において、前記外筒及び前記ガスケット部のうちの一方の少なくとも一部が、他方に対して嵌め込まれた形状とされ、
前記ステータの両端部のうち少なくとも一方の端部に、前記起伏部及び前記固着領域が設けられたものであり、
前記ステータの軸線方向からの押圧による前記ガスケット部の少なくとも一部における変形を抑制するものであることを特徴とするステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部の側面をなす壁面を有し、
前記壁面が、前記ガスケット部の少なくとも一部において前記ステータの前記軸線方向に対して交差する方向への変形を制限するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部の側面をなす壁面を有し、
前記壁面の全部又は一部が、前記ガスケット部の周面の輪郭の全部又は一部に沿うように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプのステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部の側面をなす壁面を有し、
前記壁面の全部又は一部が、前記ガスケット部の周面の少なくとも一部に対して、向き合うように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部の側面をなす壁面を有し、
前記壁面の全部又は一部が、前記ガスケット部の周面を取り囲むように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部の側面をなす壁面と、
前記壁面の内側に構成された収容領域とを有し、
前記壁面の全部又は一部が、前記ガスケット部の周面を取り囲むように配置され、
前記ガスケット部が前記収容領域に収容される部分と、前記収容領域から前記ステータの前記軸線方向に突出した部分とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のステータ。 - 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部が、前記外筒端部に前記ステータの前記軸線方向への段差を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のステータ。
- 前記外筒の端部に設けられた前記起伏部が、前記ステータの前記軸線方向に向けて凹状に形成された凹部、及び凸状に形成された凸部のいずれか一方又は双方を備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のステータ。
- 前記ガスケット部と前記外筒とが、接着剤による接着又は熱による圧着により固着されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のステータ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のステータを備えることを特徴とする一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
