Description
Claims (9)
- 金属シートまたはストリップであって、
アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で作られ、超塑性成形することができ、かつ
前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)の片面もしくは両面の少なくとも一部に、前記成形の前の(再)積層、貯蔵および/または輸送処理において前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)を表面損傷から保護する機械的保護特性と、前記成形の間において前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)に潤滑をもたらす潤滑特性を備えるコーティング(2)を有し、
前記コーティング(2)は、
− 前記機械的保護特性をもたらす保護基材(4)、および
− 前記潤滑特性をもたらすと共に、前記保護基材より低い揮発性を有する潤滑剤(6)、
を含み、
前記潤滑剤(6)は前記保護基材(4)中に含まれ、
前記保護基材は、前記潤滑剤を実質的に除去することなく、少なくとも部分的に選択的に、熱的に除去でき、
前記潤滑剤(6)は、グラファイト、窒化ホウ素、ブルーサイト、モンモリロナイト、雲母、白雲母、硫化モリブデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)および滑石の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記保護基材(4)はプロピレンまたはエチレンのポリマーを含む高分子マトリックスであり、
前記コーティング(2)は、第1の温度範囲TR1において、前記保護基材によってもたらされる前記機械的保護特性を有し、且つ、第2の温度範囲TR2において、前記潤滑剤によってもたらされる前記潤滑特性を有し、前記第2の温度範囲TR2は、前記第1の温度範囲TR1より高く、前記温度範囲TR2は温度≧400℃および最大600℃であることを特徴とする、金属シートまたはストリップ。 - 前記保護基材(4)は、蒸発により熱分解付着物をあまり付着させることなく、少なくとも部分的に、熱的に除去できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属シートまたはストリップ。
- 前記潤滑剤(6)は前記保護基材(4)に配合され、またはマスターバッチの形態で前記保護基材(4)に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金属シートまたはストリップ。
- 前記コーティング(2)は、摩擦低減、接着、前記潤滑剤(6)の保護、前記潤滑剤(6)の分離および分離性のうち1つまたは複数の機能を付与する1つまたは複数の追加の機能層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の金属シートまたはストリップ。
- 前記コーティングは40μm〜100μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属シートまたはストリップ。
- − 超塑性成形することができるアルミニウム合金で作られた金属シートまたはストリップを用意するステップ、および
− 前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)に、前記成形の前の(再)積層、貯蔵および/または輸送処理において前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)を表面損傷から保護する機械的保護特性と、前記成形の間において前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)に潤滑をもたらす潤滑特性を備えるコーティングを、コイルコーティング、フォーマットコーティング、ホットラミネート、圧延クラッドまたは(共)押出コーティングにより塗布するステップであって、
前記コーティング(2)は、
− 前記機械的保護特性をもたらす保護基材、および
− 前記潤滑特性をもたらすと共に、前記保護基材より低い揮発性を有する潤滑剤、
を含み、
前記潤滑剤は前記保護基材中に含まれ、
前記保護基材は、前記潤滑剤を実質的に除去することなく、少なくとも部分的に選択的に、熱的に除去でき、
前記潤滑剤は、グラファイト、窒化ホウ素、ブルーサイト、モンモリロナイト、雲母、白雲母、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)および/または滑石を含み、
前記保護基材はプロピレンのポリマーを含む高分子マトリックスである、
ステップと、
− 前記保護基材を解重合及び蒸発させるために、前記コーティングされた金属シートまたはストリップを加熱することによって、前記保護基材を少なくとも部分的に選択的に、熱的に除去するステップと、
− 450℃〜520℃の温度において、前記アルミニウム合金シートまたはストリップの超塑性成形を行うステップ、
を含む、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の金属シートまたはストリップを製造するための方法。 - − 前記コーティングされた金属シートまたはストリップを(再)積層、貯蔵および/または輸送によって処理するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記保護基材を少なくとも部分的に選択的に除去するステップは処理後に行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記保護基材を少なくとも部分的に選択的に除去した後、前記保護基材の残渣は前記金属シートまたはストリップ上に残ることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
