Claims (14)
- − 潤滑剤(6)、および
− 保護基材(4)、
を含み、
前記潤滑剤(6)は前記保護基材(4)中に含まれ、
前記保護基材は、前記潤滑剤を実質的に除去することなく、少なくとも部分的に選択的に除去でき、
前記潤滑剤(6)は、グラファイト、窒化ホウ素、ブルーサイト、モンモリロナイト、雲母、白雲母、硫化モリブデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE、テフロン)および/または滑石を含み、
前記保護基材(4)はプロピレン、エチレン、スチレン、イソブチレン、テトラヒドロフラン、メチルメタクリレートおよび/またはαメチルスチレンのポリマーを含む高分子マトリックスである、金属シートまたはストリップのコーティング。 - 前記保護基材(4)は、好ましくは蒸発により、特に熱分解付着物をあまり付着させることなく、少なくとも部分的に熱的、化学的および/または物理的に除去できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- 前記潤滑剤(6)は前記保護基材(4)に配合され、および/またはマスターバッチの形態で前記保護基材(4)に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のコーティング。
- 前記コーティング(2)は1つまたは複数の追加の機能層を含み、特に前記潤滑剤(6)の摩擦低減、接着、保護、前記潤滑剤(6)の分離および分離性のうち1つまたは複数の機能を付与することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のコーティング。
- 第1の温度範囲TR1において前記コーティング(2)は機械的保護特性を有し、好ましくは前記第1の温度範囲TR1より高い第2の温度範囲TR2において、前記コーティング(2)は潤滑特性を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のコーティング。
- 前記温度範囲TR2は温度≧400℃、特に≧450℃を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコーティング。
- 成形すること、特に超塑性成形することができ、かつ前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)の片面もしくは両面の少なくとも一部に請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のコーティング(2)を有する、金属シートまたはストリップ。
- 前記金属シートまたはストリップ(1)はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の金属シートまたはストリップ。
- − 成形すること、特に超塑性成形することができる金属シートまたはストリップを用意するステップ、および
− 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のコーティングを塗布するステップ、
を含む、請求項7または8に記載の金属シートまたはストリップを製造するための方法。 - 前記コーティングはコイルコーティング、フォーマットコーティング、ホットラミネート、圧延クラッドまたは(共)押出コーティングにより塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- − 前記コーティングされた金属シートまたはストリップを処理する、特に(再)積層する、貯蔵するおよび/または輸送するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。 - − 特に処理後に、前記保護基材を少なくとも部分的に選択的に除去するステップ、および
− 前記金属シートまたはストリップの成形、特に超塑性成形を行うステップ、
をさらに含む、請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングされた金属シートまたはストリップから前記保護基材の少なくともかなりの部分が熱的に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記保護基材を少なくとも部分的に選択的に除去した後、前記保護基材の残渣は前記金属シートまたはストリップ上に残ることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
