Claims (9)
- ターボ機械の回転部品と静止部品との間をシールするシールアセンブリであって、当該シールアセンブリが、静止部品から半径方向内向きに突出して軸方向に離隔した複数の歯を備えており、複数の歯の少なくとも1つがそれを軸方向に貫通する1以上の穴を有しており、軸方向に貫通する1以上の穴が、複数の歯の少なくとも1つを上流の高圧側から下流の低圧側に貫通していて、前記歯の半径方向内端から離隔しているとともに弧状パッキングリングの半径方向内面から半径方向内側に位置しており、上流の高圧側と下流の低圧側とが軸方向に貫通する1以上の穴を介して流体連通しており、前記1以上の穴が、回転部品の中心線に対して軸方向角をなすとともに回転部品の周方向に対して接線方向角をなしてシール歯を軸方向に貫通している、シールアセンブリ。
- 軸方向に貫通する1以上の穴を有する少なくとも1つの歯が上流の高圧側に第1の歯を有する、請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記軸方向に貫通する1以上の穴を有する少なくとも1つの歯が、上流の高圧側に、第1の歯及び第2の歯を有する、請求項2に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の歯が歯の弧状セグメントを含んでおり、前記1以上の穴が、歯の弧状部分に沿って周方向に離隔した複数の穴を含んでいる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記穴が実質的に円筒形の管状穴を有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記軸方向角が0〜90度の範囲内であり、前記接線方向角が0〜60度の範囲内である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記シールアセンブリが複数の弧状部分を有していて、各弧状部分が弧状パッキングリングを含んでおり、各弧状パッキングリングが静止部品の周方向溝に移動可能に取り付けられる、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記回転部品がロータである、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 回転部品と、
回転部品を実質的に囲繞する静止部品と、
静止部品に結合された請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリと、
を備える、ターボ機械。
