本发明提供一种密封组件、电机,其中的密封组件,包括多个轴向叠置的密封环体,所述密封环体包括内环体以及处于所述内环体的外圆周壁上的外环体,所述内环体的轴向厚度小于所述外环体的轴向厚度以在相邻的两个所述密封环体之间形成阻尼腔,所述内环体上构造有贯通其轴向两端面的阻尼孔。根据本发明,一方面,所述密封组件中具有阻尼腔以及与所述阻尼腔连通的阻尼孔,能够利用流体的张力性质,对泄露的油液进行层层阻尼,提高密封组件的密封效果;另一方面,可以根据润滑油性质与设备密封要求,合理选择密封环体的数量及密封组件数量,提升了密封性能,可有效改善设计成本与使用的灵活性。

本发明属于密封件制造技术领域,具体涉及一种密封组件、电机。
背景技术
轴承广泛应用于电机等旋转机械中,其中滑动轴承凭借其工作平稳、可靠、无噪声等优点,得到了广泛的应用。但是滑动轴承的漏油问题也是用户的一大困扰,泄露的油液会侵渍到电机的定转子上,使得定转子上的绝缘受到损伤,影响电机的使用寿命;此外,漏出的油液会导致瓦座内润滑油减少,影响轴承润滑,使轴承受到损伤。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种密封组件、电机,能够克服相关技术滑动轴承处密封性不足导致漏油,轴承润滑不足导致轴承损伤的不足。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种密封组件,包括多个轴向叠置的密封环体,所述密封环体包括内环体以及处于所述内环体的外圆周壁上的外环体,所述内环体的轴向厚度小于所述外环体的轴向厚度以在相邻的两个所述密封环体之间形成阻尼腔,所述内环体上构造有贯通其轴向两端面的阻尼孔。
在一些实施方式中,所述外环体上具有连接结构,相邻的两个所述外环体通过所述连接结构实现连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述连接结构包括构造于所述外环体的轴向一个端面上的环槽以及构造于所述外环体的轴向另一个端面上的环形凸台,相邻的两个所述外环体中的一个具有的所述环形凸台能够嵌装于另一个具有的所述环槽内。
在一些实施方式中,所述密封环体由两个半环拼合形成。
在一些实施方式中,两个所述半环的拼合配合面之间粘接。
本发明还提供一种电机,包括上述的密封组件。
在一些实施方式中,所述电机还包括端盖,所述端盖上构造有轴孔,所述轴孔孔壁上构造有沿轴向间隔的至少两个密封环槽,所述密封组件装设于所述密封环槽内。
在一些实施方式中,所述端盖上构造轴承室,所述轴承室用于装设滑动轴承,所述滑动轴承的轴向任一侧皆至少具有两个所述密封环槽。
本发明提供的一种密封组件、电机,一方面,所述密封组件中具有阻尼腔以及与所述阻尼腔连通的阻尼孔,能够利用流体的张力性质,对泄露的油液进行层层阻尼,对泄露的油液实现有效迟滞,提高了密封组件的密封效果;另一方面,由多个所述密封环体叠置形成所述密封组件,可以根据润滑油性质与设备密封要求,合理选择密封环体的数量及密封组件数量,提升了密封性能,可有效改善设计成本与使用的灵活性,同时还可以针对有损坏的密封环体单独替换,维修方便、缩短了维修周期,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
结合参见图1至图3所示,根据本发明的实施例,提供一种密封组件,包括多个(具体例如两个及以上)轴向叠置的密封环体1,所述密封环体1包括内环体11以及处于所述内环体11的外圆周壁上的外环体12,所述内环体11的轴向厚度小于所述外环体12的轴向厚度,以能够在相邻的两个所述密封环体1之间形成阻尼腔,所述内环体11上构造有贯通其轴向两端面的阻尼孔2。该技术方案中,一方面,所述密封组件中具有阻尼腔以及与所述阻尼腔连通的阻尼孔2(形成网眼结构),能够利用流体(也即润滑油)的张力性质,对泄露的油液进行层层阻尼,对泄露的油液实现有效迟滞,提高了密封组件的密封效果;另一方面,由多个所述密封环体1叠置形成所述密封组件,可以根据润滑油性质与设备密封要求,合理选择密封环体1的数量及密封组件数量,提升了密封性能,可有效改善设计成本与使用的灵活性,同时还可以针对有损坏的密封环体1单独替换,维修方便、缩短了维修周期,降低了生产成本。
多个所述密封环体1的叠置可以采用辅助器具,例如夹持工具实现对其轴向的预紧,从而便于对所述密封组件的拆装,在一些实施方式中,所述外环体12上具有连接结构,相邻的两个所述外环体12通过所述连接结构实现连接,利用所述连接结构可以让所述密封组件自成一体,无需夹持工具即可实现便利拆装。作为一种具体的实现方式,所述连接结构包括构造于所述外环体12的轴向一个端面上的环槽(也即成环形的凹槽,图中未示出)以及构造于所述外环体12的轴向另一个端面上的环形凸台(图中未示出),相邻的两个所述外环体12中的一个具有的所述环形凸台能够嵌装于另一个具有的所述环槽内,采用环形凸台与环槽的配合嵌装可以保证相邻的两个所述密封环体1的连接可靠性。
为了转轴105与所述密封组件的便利组装,所述密封环体1可以由多个子体拼合形成,最好的,所述密封环体1由两个半环拼合形成,能够减少散件的数量,进而简化组装过程,两个所述半环的拼合配合面之间可以通过密封胶粘接,防止漏油。
可以理解的是,所述阻尼孔的孔径可以根据实际的密封情况进行可以选择。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供一种电机,包括上述的密封组件。
在一些实施方式中,所述电机还包括端盖100,所述端盖100上构造有轴孔,所述轴孔孔壁上构造有沿轴向间隔的至少两个密封环槽,所述密封组件装设于所述密封环槽内,该技术方案中,可以理解的是,一个所述密封组件分别对应一个所述密封环槽,每个所述密封组件在客观上形成对油液的一级迷宫密封,而至少两个沿着所述轴向间隔设置的所述密封组件则形成了多级迷宫密封,利用两级乃至多级密封结构对泄露润滑油进行层层节流,提升整体的密封效果。具体的,所述端盖100上构造轴承室102,所述轴承室102用于装设滑动轴承,所述滑动轴承的轴向任一侧皆至少具有两个所述密封环槽,所述滑动轴承具体包括套装于所述转轴105的外圆周壁上的轴瓦104以及对所述轴瓦104形成支撑的瓦座103。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各有利方式可以自由地组合、叠加。

Claims (7)

1.一种密封组件,其特征在于,包括多个轴向叠置的密封环体(1),所述密封环体(1)包括内环体(11)以及处于所述内环体(11)的外圆周壁上的外环体(12),所述内环体(11)的轴向厚度小于所述外环体(12)的轴向厚度以在相邻的两个所述密封环体(1)之间形成阻尼腔,所述内环体(11)上构造有贯通其轴向两端面的阻尼孔(2);所述外环体(12)上具有连接结构,相邻的两个所述外环体(12)通过所述连接结构实现连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括构造于所述外环体(12)的轴向一个端面上的环槽以及构造于所述外环体(12)的轴向另一个端面上的环形凸台,相邻的两个所述外环体(12)中的一个具有的所述环形凸台能够嵌装于另一个具有的所述环槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述密封环体(1)由两个半环拼合形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封组件,其特征在于,两个所述半环的拼合配合面之间粘接。
5.一种电机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至4中任一项所述的密封组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电机,其特征在于,还包括端盖(100),所述端盖(100)上构造有轴孔,所述轴孔孔壁上构造有沿轴向间隔的至少两个密封环槽,所述密封组件装设于所述密封环槽内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电机,其特征在于,所述端盖(100)上构造轴承室(102),所述轴承室(102)用于装设滑动轴承,所述滑动轴承的轴向任一侧皆至少具有两个所述密封环槽。
