Claims (5)
- 上構造物と下構造物との間に免震層が設けられた免震建物であって、
前記上構造物および前記下構造物の一方に他方側へ突出するように設けられた平面視にて円形状の凸部と、前記上構造物および前記下構造物の他方に前記凸部が入り込むように設けられた平面視にて円形状の凹部とが、建物内部に備えられており、
前記凸部と前記凹部との水平方向のクリアランスが、前記免震層の水平方向の許容変形量よりも小さく設定されている免震建物。 - 前記凸部は、減衰材とセメントとの複合材で形成されているか、少なくとも一部を減衰材で形成されているかの少なくとも一方である請求項1に記載の免震建物。
- 前記上構造物は建物であり、前記下構造物は基礎である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の免震建物。
- 前記上構造物は前記免震層が設けられた中間階より上の建物であり、前記下構造物は前記免震層より下の建物である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の免震建物。
- 上構造物と下構造物との間に免震層を設ける免震方法であって、
前記上構造物および前記下構造物の一方に他方側へ突出する平面視にて円形状の凸部を設け、前記上構造物および前記下構造物の他方に前記凸部が入り込む平面視にて円形状の凹部を設け、前記凸部と前記凹部とを建物内部に配し、
前記凸部と前記凹部との水平方向のクリアランスを、前記免震層の水平方向の許容変形量よりも小さく設定する免震方法。
