Abstract
【解決手段】建物20と基礎30との間に免震層40が設けられた免震建物10であって、基礎30に建物20側へ突出するように設けられた凸部34と、建物20の底部に凸部34と凹凸関係になるように設けられた凹部22とが建物内部に備えられており、凸部34と凹部22との水平方向のクリアランスC2が、免震層40の水平方向の許容変形量よりも小さく設定されている。

Claims (6)
- 上構造物と下構造物との間に免震層が設けられた免震建物であって、
前記上構造物および前記下構造物の一方に他方側へ突出するように設けられた凸部と、前記上構造物および前記下構造物の他方に前記凸部が入り込むように設けられた凹部とが、建物内部に備えられており、
前記凸部と前記凹部との水平方向のクリアランスが、前記免震層の水平方向の許容変形量よりも小さく設定されている免震建物。 - 前記凸部及び前記凹部は、平面視にて円形状である請求項1に記載の免震建物。
- 前記凸部は、減衰材とセメントとの複合材で形成されているか、少なくとも一部を減衰材で形成されているかの少なくとも一方である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の免震建物。
- 前記上構造物は建物であり、前記下構造物は基礎である請求項1から請求項3までの何れか1項に記載の免震建物。
- 前記上構造物は前記免震層が設けられた中間階より上の建物であり、前記下構造物は前記免震層より下の建物である請求項1から請求項3までの何れか1項に記載の免震建物。
- 上構造物と下構造物との間に免震層を設ける免震方法であって、
前記上構造物および前記下構造物の一方に他方側へ突出する凸部を設け、前記上構造物および前記下構造物の他方に前記凸部が入り込む凹部を設け、前記凸部と前記凹部とを建物内部に配し、
前記凸部と前記凹部との水平方向のクリアランスを、前記免震層の水平方向の許容変形量よりも小さく設定する免震方法。
