Description
− 種々多様な入口側材料(繊維、シート、ボトル粉砕材料、結束バンド、始動屑など)の再処理;
− ペレットの他に、成形型を使用することによって、品質的に高価値のプラスチック製品を直接に製造することもできる。
− 例えばポリエステルのための極限粘度を調節することができる;
− 出口側製品の極限粘度及び純度を入口側製品のものよりも高くすることができる(「アップリサイクル」);
− ポリエステル入口側材料の結晶化及び予備乾燥が必要でない;
− SSPによるポリエステル材料の後処理が必要でない;
− 設備コストが比較的低い;
− 材料の処理時間が極めて短い;
− 加熱が一回しか必要でないため、公知のプロセスと比較して出発材料品質に対するプロセス全体のエネルギー効率が高い;
− 既存のリサイクル設備を大きい変更なしにさらに使用して、この設備に本発明による装置を追加することができる。
Claims (11)
- 重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を負圧下で高めるための方法であって、溶融体が、直径0.5mm未満の複数の開口(26)を備えた有孔板又は篩(16)を通って、20mbar未満の圧力が形成されたチャンバ(25)内へ進入し、前記溶融体が細い糸の形態で前記チャンバ(25)を自由落下して通過し、そして前記溶融体が前記チャンバ(25)の下方の捕集容器(19)内に滞留する方法において、
前記溶融体が前記捕集容器(19)内に少なくとも1分間にわたって滞留し、前記溶融体が前記捕集容器(19)内で、水平方向位置に向けられた混合・吐出部材(27)によって真空下で絶え間なく動かされること、そして前記混合・吐出部材(27)が前記捕集容器(19)内で前記溶融体によって完全には覆われることがなく、前記溶融体の表面が前記混合・吐出部材(27)の回転運動によって繰り返し分裂させられ、何回も新しくされること、そして前記細い糸のところで開始された重縮合が溶融浴内で滞留により、そして運動を維持しながら続けられ、こうしてポリマー鎖が成長し、ひいては極限粘度がさらに高められ、前記溶融体が前記混合・吐出部材(27)によって前記捕集容器(19)から吐出されること
を特徴とする、重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を負圧下で高めるための方法。 - 前記チャンバ(25)内に、10mbar未満の圧力が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバ(25)内に、乾燥したガス又は不活性ガスが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が、直径0.05mm以上、0.5mm未満の開口(26)を通って、前記チャンバ(25)内へ進入することを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記開口(26)は、0.1〜0.3mmの直径を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記捕集容器(19)内の前記溶融体の滞留時間は少なくとも1分間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記捕集容器(19)内の溶融体の滞留時間が12分間、14分間、又は16分間までであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 吐出押し出し機(27)の後で、前記溶融体のインライン粘度測定が行われ、負圧を変化させることにより前記溶融体の極限粘度が調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が相次いで少なくとも2つのチャンバ(25)を通過することを特徴とする、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が2つのチャンバ(25)の間で温度調整装置によって、所要の溶融温度に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記混合・吐出部材(27)がスクリュ状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
