Abstract
Description
− 種々多様な入口側材料(繊維、シート、ボトル粉砕材料、結束バンド、始動屑など)の再処理;
− ペレットの他に、成形型を使用することによって、品質的に高価値のプラスチック製品を直接に製造することもできる。
− 例えばポリエステルのための極限粘度を調節することができる;
− 出口側製品の極限粘度及び純度を入口側製品のものよりも高くすることができる(「アップリサイクル」);
− ポリエステル入口側材料の結晶化及び予備乾燥が必要でない;
− SSPによるポリエステル材料の後処理が必要でない;
− 設備コストが比較的低い;
− 材料の処理時間が極めて短い;
− 加熱が一回しか必要でないため、公知のプロセスと比較して出発材料品質に対するプロセス全体のエネルギー効率が高い;
− 既存のリサイクル設備を大きい変更なしにさらに使用して、この設備に本発明による装置を追加することができる。
− 種々多様な入口側材料(繊維、シート、ボトル粉砕材料、結束バンド、始動屑など)の再処理;
− ペレットの他に、成形型を使用することによって、品質的に高価値のプラスチック製品を直接に製造することもできる。
− 例えばポリエステルのための極限粘度を調節することができる;
− 出口側製品の極限粘度及び純度を入口側製品のものよりも高くすることができる(「アップリサイクル」);
− ポリエステル入口側材料の結晶化及び予備乾燥が必要でない;
− SSPによるポリエステル材料の後処理が必要でない;
− 設備コストが比較的低い;
− 材料の処理時間が極めて短い;
− 加熱が一回しか必要でないため、公知のプロセスと比較して出発材料品質に対するプロセス全体のエネルギー効率が高い;
− 既存のリサイクル設備を大きい変更なしにさらに使用して、この設備に本発明による装置を追加することができる。
Claims (20)
- 重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を負圧下で高めるための方法において、
溶融体が、直径0.5mm未満の複数の開口(26)を備えた有孔板又は篩(16)を通って、20mbar未満の負圧が形成されたチャンバ(25)内へ進入すること、前記溶融体が細い糸の形態で前記チャンバ(25)を自由落下して通過すること、前記溶融体が前記チャンバ(25)の下方の捕集容器(19)内に少なくとも1分間にわたって滞留すること、そして前記溶融体が前記捕集容器(19)内で、好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)によって絶え間なく動かされ、前記捕集容器(19)から吐出されることを特徴とする、重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を負圧下で高めるための方法。 - 前記チャンバ(25)が10mbar未満、特に好ましくは0.5mbar〜5mbarの負圧下にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバ(25)内に、乾燥したガスが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が、直径0.05〜0.5mm、特に好ましくは0.1〜0.3mmの開口(26)を通って、前記チャンバ(25)内へ進入することを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記捕集容器(19)内の前記溶融体の滞留時間は少なくとも1〜2分間、好ましくは少なくとも4分間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が相次いで少なくとも2つのチャンバ(25)を通過することを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融体が2つのチャンバ(25)の間で温度調整装置によって、所要の溶融温度に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を高めるための装置であって、前記装置が、少なくとも1つの開口(26)を備えた、負圧下にあるチャンバ(25)を有しており、前記開口を通って前記溶融体がチャンバ(25)内へ進入するようになっており、前記チャンバを前記溶融体がチャンバ壁との接触なしに通過することができる形式のものにおいて、
直径0.5mm未満の複数の開口(26)を備えた有孔板又は篩(16)が前記チャンバ(25)の上方に配置されていること、前記チャンバ(25)内に20mbar未満の負圧が形成されていること、そして前記チャンバ(25)の下方に、好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)を備えた捕集容器(19)が配置されていること
を特徴とする、重縮合物溶融体の極限粘度を高めるための装置。 - 前記チャンバ(25)が10mbar未満、特に好ましくは0.5mbar〜5mbarの負圧下にあることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記開口(26)の直径が、0.05〜0.5mm、特に好ましくは0.1〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 開口が非円形である場合、前記非円形の開口の面積は、直径0.05〜0.5mm、特に好ましくは0.1〜0.3mmの円形の開口の面積に相当することを特徴とする、請求項8から10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つのチャンバが互いに前後に直列に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8から11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記両チャンバ(25)の間に設けられた加熱装置を特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)が、前記捕集容器(19)内で溶融体によって完全には覆われていないことを特徴とする、請求項8から13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つ又は3つ以上の開口(26)又は1つの篩(16)又は1つの有孔板が設けられており、流れ方向で見て前記開口(26)又は前記篩(16)又は前記有孔板の手前に分配室(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8から14の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)が、コア(33)からスポーク(35)によって隔てられた少なくとも1つの、好ましくは2つの螺旋状ウェブ(32、33)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8から15の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)が、コア(33)の周りに螺旋状に配置された少なくとも1つの、好ましくは2つの、貫通部(31、42、43)を備えたウェブ(30、39、40)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8から16の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記好ましくはスクリュ状の混合・吐出部材(27)はコアを備えておらず、螺旋状に配置された少なくとも1つの、好ましくは2つのウェブ(47、48)を有しており、前記ウェブが端面のディスク(51、52)に軸ピン(54、55)で固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項8から17の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ウェブ(30、32、33、39、40、47、48)が、軸線に対して平行に延びるウェブ(36、37、44、45、49、50)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項16から18の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ウェブ(32、33、39、40)がスリット(38、46)によって中断されていることを特徴とする、請求項16から18の何れか一項に記載の装置。
