Claims (6)
- ピストン組立品を有するシリンダを備え、前記ピストン組立品はそのなかの往復直線運動のために搭載されており、前記シリンダを別々の小室に分割し、前記別々の小室はその間に前記シリンダ内に含まれる減衰流体が通過するための制限された流路を有し、
前記シリンダに対する直線往復運動のために搭載されたピストンロッドを備え、
前記ピストンロッドは、前記ピストン組立品を隣接した接点と係合するように配置され、前記ピストンロッドと前記ピストン組立品との間の前記接点は、前記制限された流路から離れるように配置され、
前記ピストン組立品は、バルブ本体とアクチュエータを含み、前記制限された流路はその間で形を定められ、
前記ピストンロッドの前記隣接した接点は、前記アクチュエータを備え、
前記ピストンロッドと前記アクチュエータの一方は、他方との隣接係合する点にフランジを備え、
前記ピストンロッドと前記アクチュエータの他方の端は、丸みを帯びた接触面を有し、
前記丸みを帯びた接触面は前記フランジに接触する、
ピストン/シリンダ型緩衝器。 - 前記アクチュエータは、細長く、その縦軸が前記ピストンロッドの縦軸と一致して配置される、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、金属ロッド材からできており、前記バルブ本体の穴に嵌合し、前記制限された流路は前記穴の軸方向に伸長する溝によって形が定められる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記バルブ本体に対して動くことができる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、軸方向に動くことができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、端位置間を自由に動くことができる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
