Claims (10)
- 血管に配置されるバルーンを備え、
前記バルーンは、つぶれた形態と膨張した形態の間で可動であり、
前記バルーンは、血管内における前記バルーンの回転方向の位置調整又は血管内にあるステント内における前記バルーンの回転方向の位置調整を補助するために、前記バルーンの一方の端部近傍の、前記バルーンの外面に1つの別個の窪みを有し、前記バルーンの他方の端部近傍の、前記バルーンの外面にもう1つの別個の窪みを有し、前記窪みは、一次の回転対称性を有し;
前記窪みは、前記バルーンがつぶれた形態から膨張した形態へと膨らむときに膨張するような前記バルーンの外面位置にあり;
前記膨張した形態では、前記バルーンの長手軸の少なくとも一部は、3次元空間で曲がっている;
医療器具。 - 前記バルーンが軸方向に回転するにつれて、前記バルーンの前記窪みを有する部分の断面の投影図が変化する;
請求項1の医療器具。 - 前記窪みの各々は、前記バルーンの外面で窪んだ平坦な部分を備え;
前記バルーンは、他では円筒形断面を有する;
請求項1または2の医療器具。 - 前記バルーンでは、両端にそれぞれ端部を有し;
前記膨張した形態では、前記バルーン長手軸の少なくとも一部は3次元空間で曲がっており、前記バルーンのそれぞれの端部の長手軸は、端部の長手方向に変化する螺旋角を有し、前記螺旋角は前記バルーンの端部から離れる方向で増加する;
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項の医療器具。 - 前記膨張した形態で、前記バルーンは、血管の内膜に直接接触するようになされ;
前記膨張した形態で、前記バルーンは、血管の内膜に力を及ぼし、血管の長手軸を3次元空間で曲げるようになされた;
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項の医療器具。 - 前記膨張した形態で、前記バルーンはステントを介して血管の内膜に力を及ぼすようになされた;
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項の医療器具。 - 前記バルーンの前記膨張した形態で、前記バルーンは、前記バルーンが挿入されているステントを介して、血管の内膜に力を及ぼし、血管の長手軸が3次元空間で曲がるように血管の内膜を変形させるようになされた;
請求項1ないし4および請求項6のいずれか1項の医療器具。 - 請求項1ないし4、請求項6および請求項7のいずれか1項の医療器具と、
血管に配置されて血管の内膜の少なくとも一部を支えるのに適したステントと、
を備える;
医療システム。 - 前記ステントは、前記バルーンがステントと正しく位置合わせされると、前記窪みに関して所定の関係で位置するように配置されたX線不透過性マーカーを有する;
請求項8の医療システム。 - 少なくとも2ペアのX線不透過性マーカーを有し、各ペアは前記ステントの円周周りに直径方向反対側に配置された2つのマーカーを備える;
