Description
Claims (14)
- 入力側から出力側にトルクを伝達するために繊維複合材料から作製された複合中空シャフトを有する入力シャフト(10)であって、
前記入力シャフト(10)が、船体の船内区画を互いに分割する隔壁(3)を貫通するものであって、不燃性材料から作製された部分(11)を有し、該不燃性材料から作製された部分(11)は、前記隔壁(3)に位置するとともに、その両端部でそれぞれ、入力側複合中空シャフト部と出力側複合中空シャフト部に接続されていることを特徴とする入力シャフト(10)。 - 前記繊維複合材料が、強化繊維プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記部分(11)が、金属パイプ(1)によって不燃性材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記金属パイプ(1)が、片側または両側で金属カバー(2)によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記金属パイプ(1)が、半径方向ボルト(5)によって前記複合中空シャフトに接続されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記半径方向ボルト(5)が、前記複合中空シャフトの半径方向貫通部(10a)に差し込まれ、前記複合中空シャフトの外側シェル表面に作用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の入力シャフト。
- 1つのスリーブ(5a)がそれぞれ、前記半径方向貫通部(10a)に配置され、前記スリーブが前記部分(11)と係合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記金属パイプ(1)が少なくとも一端にフランジ(12)を有し、前記金属パイプ(1)が前記フランジ(12)を介して、前記入力シャフト(10)に対して軸方向に向けられたねじ付きボルト(6)を用いて前記複合中空シャフトに接続され、前記ねじ付きボルト(6)が、前記複合中空シャフトの半径方向ボアに挿入されたクロスナットボルト(6a)によってボルト締めされることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の入力シャフト。
- 前記ねじ付きボルト(6)が、前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(12)において前面に置かれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の入力シャフト。
- 船体および前記船体の長手軸に対して横方向に延在する隔壁(3)と、モータと、モータおよびギヤボックスをトルク伝達接続するための入力シャフト(10)とを含む船舶であって、前記入力シャフト(10)が、前記隔壁(3)を貫通して通され、繊維複合材料から作製された入力側複合中空シャフト部と出力側複合中空シャフト部を有するものである船舶において、
前記入力シャフト(10)が不燃性材料から作製された1つの部分(11)を有し、前記1つの部分(11)が、前記隔壁(3)を貫く貫通部の領域に配置され、両端部でそれぞれ、前記入力側複合中空シャフト部と前記出力側複合中空シャフト部に接続されていることを特徴とする船舶。 - 請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の入力シャフト(10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の船舶。
- 前記部分(11)は、前記隔壁(3)が延在する面に関して対称的形状を有することを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の船舶。
- 不燃性材料から作製された前記部分(11)において、前記入力シャフト(10)が隔壁密閉部(4)を有し、該隔壁密閉部(4)が前記入力シャフト(10)を前記隔壁(3)に対して防水式に密閉することを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。
- 前記隔壁密閉部(4)が前記部分(11)の外側シェル表面に置かれ、主に半径方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の船舶。
