Description
本出願は、2012年9月21日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/704,062号の利点および優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての開示内容が参照によりその全体において本願に組み込まれる。
ビス[2−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)エチル]エーテルをエピクロロヒドリンと反応させた。そのジアミンと蒸留水を混合し(ジアミン10.84g(0.07モル)/水23.12g)、濃塩酸でpHを8.5に調整する。温度を25℃に調整し、60分間にわたって99.9%のエピクロロヒドリン(20.84g(0.22モル))を加える。温度を25℃に2時間保持し、次いで2時間50℃に上げる。pHを、濃塩酸で2.0未満に下げ、温度を1時間70℃に上げる。反応物を冷却し、温度が50℃を下回ったのちに50%NaOH溶液でpHを4〜6に調整する。塩化メチレンで抽出を7回行い(1体積:1体積)、次いで残った塩化メチレンを従来どおり除去する。バッチ1の有効固形物は39.4%であった。
色分析のため、綿試料を実質的に実施例1(バッチ1)および比較例(CR−2000、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニー(The Dow Chemical Company)より入手可能)に従った組成物で処理した。
染色反応効率分析のため、綿試料を表2に記述される組成物で処理した。

- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R1はその第一の出現において−CH 2 CH 2 −であり、もう一方がその第二の出現において−CH 2 CH 2 −以外である、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R2およびR3が少なくとも2つの出現において同じである、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R2およびR3がすべての4つの出現において同じである、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R2およびR3が少なくとも2つの出現において同じではない、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R 1 が両方の出現において同一であり、R 2 が両方の出現において同一であり、R 3 が両方の出現において同一であり、および、Xが両方の出現において同一である、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、R 1 が両方の出現において同一でないこと、R 2 が両方の出現において同一でないこと、R 3 が両方の出現において同一でないこと、の少なくとも1つが該当する、布地。
- 請求項1に記載の布地であって、XがClである布地。
