Claims (15)
- 第1方向に延長される軸に対して巻き取られ、活物質を有するコーティング部および前記第1方向に沿った一端に無地部を含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するカンと、
前記カンの開口を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記カンの外部に突出する一対の端子と、
前記電極組立体の無地部と前記端子の一方との間に電気的に連結される可撓性電流集電体と、
前記キャッププレートと前記端子の各々との間にそれぞれ設けられ、前記第1方向で前記カンと前記電極組立体の一端との間及び前記カンと前記電極組立体の他端との間にそれぞれ接して形成される一対の絶縁部材と、
を含み、
前記可撓性電流集電体は、相互間に分離された複数の筋状の部材であり、
前記可撓性電流集電体の一端は前記無地部に結合され、
前記可撓性電流集電体の他端は前記端子に結合される、
ことを特徴とする、2次電池。 - 前記可撓性電流集電体の一端は、前記可撓性電流集電体の他端に対して相対的に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記可撓性電流集電体は、アルミニウムまたは銅を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記カン内部で前記電極組立体を流動しないように固定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記カンに他の電極組立体をさらに含み、
前記他の電極組立体は、活物質を有するコーティング部および前記第1方向に沿った端部に活物質のない無地部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記他の電極組立体の無地部と前記端子との間に電気的に連結される他の可撓性電流集電体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記カン内部で前記電極組立体および前記他の電極組立体を流動しないように固定することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記可撓性電流集電体および前記他の可撓性電流集電体は、それぞれ前記電極組立体および前記他の電極組立体を前記端子に対して互いに並列に結合することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記電極組立体の一端の反対側となる他端に他の無地部をさらに含み、
前記2次電池は、前記電極組立体の他の無地部と、前記可撓性電流集電体が電気的に連結される前記端子と異なる他の端子との間に電気的に連結される他の可撓性電流集電体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記可撓性電流集電体は、円形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記可撓性電流集電体は、平らな断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記可撓性電流集電体は、前記無地部に超音波溶接を通して結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記可撓性電流集電体は、フッ素ゴム(fluoro elastomet)、弾性プラスチック(elastic plastic)、シリコン(Silicon)、フッ素(fluorice)およびその組み合わせからなるグループから選択されるいずれか一つの物質でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記無地部は、前記第1方向で前記電極組立体の最外層に第1無地部および前記電極組立体の周縁に第2無地部を含み、
前記可撓性電流集電体は、前記第1無地部または前記第2無地部に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の無地部は、前記カンから電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
