Description
Claims (1)
- 缶体用金属板の缶内面となる側に熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層を介して接着されたポリエステルフィルムからなる第1の保護被覆層を備えるとともに、缶外面となる側に形成された熱硬化型樹脂系塗膜からなる第2の保護被覆層を備える樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法において、
缶体用金属板の缶内面となる側に、ポリエステルウレタン系樹脂又はポリエステルフェノール系樹脂を含む熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層を介してポリエステルフィルムを、150〜250℃の範囲の温度で1〜10秒間の範囲の時間加熱圧着することにより、該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層を軟化させて該ポリエステルフィルムを該缶体用金属板に仮接着する工程と、
該ポリエステルフィルムが仮接着された該缶体用金属板の缶外面となる側にポリエステルフェノールアミノ樹脂を含む熱硬化型樹脂系塗料組成物を塗布した後に、該熱硬化型樹脂系塗料組成物及び該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層の両方を熱硬化可能な、180〜260℃の範囲の温度で20秒〜20分間の範囲の時間加熱する条件で加熱することにより、該熱硬化型樹脂系塗料組成物を熱硬化させて該熱硬化型樹脂系塗膜からなる第2の保護被覆層を形成するとともに、該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層を熱硬化させて該ポリエステルフィルムを該缶体用金属板に本接着し該ポリエステルフィルムからなる第1の保護被覆層を形成する工程とを備えることを特徴とする樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法。
