Claims (9)
- 端部の少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つのホゾを含む、時計ムーブメントのための枢動ピンであって、
前記少なくとも1つのホゾは、ニッケル、チタン、クロム、ジルコニウム、銀、金、白金、シリコン、モリブデン、アルミニウム又は上述の金属の合金の中から選択される少なくとも1つの金属を含む金属マトリクスを有する複合材料から形成され、
前記マトリクスには、前記枢動ピンの磁場に対する感受性を制限するために、WC、TiC、TaC、TiN、TiCN、Al2O3、ZrO2、Cr2O3、SiC、MoSi2、AlN又はそれらの組み合わせの中から選択される硬質粒子が拡散され、
前記複合材料のじん性は、8Mpa・M 1/2 超であることを特徴とする、枢動ピン。 - 前記複合材料の硬度は、1000HV乃至ほぼ1200HV超であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の枢動ピン。
- 前記硬質粒子の粒のサイズは、0.1〜5ミクロンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピン。
- 前記枢動ピン全体は、前記複合材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピン。
- 前記枢動ピンは、前記複合材料から形成される2つの前記ホゾを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピン。
- 前記ホゾは前記複合材料製であること、
前記ホゾは前記枢動ピンの端部に配設されたハウジングに配置されること、及び
前記枢動ピンは常磁性、反磁性、又は反強磁性材料製であること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピン。 - 前記ホゾは複合材料製であること、
前記2つのホゾは単一部品として作製されること、及び
前記複合材料の前記単一部品は、前記枢動ピンの長手方向軸に沿って延在する貫通孔に配置され、前記枢動ピンの両側を突き抜けること、並びに
前記枢動ピンは常磁性、反磁性、又は反強磁性材料製であること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピン。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピンを含むことを特徴とする、時計用ムーブメント。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の枢動ピンを含む天真(1)、アンクル真及び/又は脱進機ピニオンを含むことを特徴とする、時計用ムーブメント。
