Description
Claims (19)
- ガス燃料自動車の燃料供給システムのタンクバルブのための電磁弁であって、
前記電磁弁は、
内側案内部がある磁気コイルと、
前記内側案内部の中を軸方向に移動できる磁性可動鉄心と、
を有し、
前記磁性可動鉄心が、可動鉄心と、前記可動鉄心と燃料注入口との間に配置されたシール要素と、前記シール要素に当接するカウンターポールとを備え、
前記シール要素が少なくとも部分的に前記カウンターポールを囲む、電磁弁。 - 前記磁気コイルを作動させると、前記可動鉄心が前記カウンターポールの方へスライドすることによって、かつ、前記可動鉄心が前記シール要素から解放されることによって、最初に燃料用のパイロット開口部が開き、
次に、前記磁性可動鉄心が前記磁気コイルの閉鎖板の方へスライドすることによって、かつ、前記シール要素が前記燃料注入口から解放されることによって、燃料用の主開口部が開くように前記磁気コイルおよび前記磁性可動鉄心が配置されている、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記可動鉄心および前記カウンターポールが第1の動作空隙を囲んでおり、前記第1の動作空隙が前記パイロット開口部を開くように機能する、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記カウンターポールおよび前記磁気コイルの前記閉鎖板が第2の動作空隙を囲んでおり、前記第2の動作空隙が前記主開口部を開くように機能する、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1の動作空隙が前記第2の動作空隙よりも小さく、前記第2の動作空隙の長さの好ましくは50から0.5%であり、より好ましくは25から0.01%である、請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記パイロット開口部が前記主開口部よりも流動断面が小さく、前記主開口部の流動断面の好ましくは25から0.05%であり、より好ましくは15から1%である、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記パイロット開口部を開くためのパイロット持ち上げ運動が前記主開口部を開く主持ち上げ運動から独立している、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記磁気コイルが前記内側案内部にある締結用構成要素と、外側案内部と、磁気巻き線とを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記シール要素が少なくとも部分的に前記可動鉄心を囲む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記シール要素が、前記内側案内部の締結用構成要素のシール面とシールを作るための主シール面と、前記可動鉄心のパイロットシール面とシールを作るためのパイロットシール面とを有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記シール要素が、前記ハウジングのシール面とシールを作るための主シール面と、前記可動鉄心のパイロットシール面とシールを作るためのパイロットシール面とを有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記シール要素が、前記パイロットシール面と前記主シール面との間にボア孔を有し、前記カウンターポールを前記シール要素で支持するための支持部とを有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 弾性要素をさらに有し、前記弾性要素は、前記磁気コイルが励起されていないと、前記可動鉄心を前記シール要素に押し付け、前記シール要素を前記シール面に押し付ける、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 弾性要素をさらに有し、前記弾性要素は、前記カウンターポールを前記シール要素に押し付ける、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁を有し、手動逆止弁、熱保護部、破裂保護部、手動サービス弁、流量絞り、フィルター要素、温度センサー、電気通路のうちの1つの要素を有する、燃料供給システムのためのタンクバルブ。
- ガス燃料自動車の燃料供給システムのタンクバルブのための電磁弁のための複数部分からなる耐圧性ハウジングにおいて、磁性可動鉄心の軸方向運動を案内するハウジングと、磁化可能な閉鎖板と、磁化可能な第1の補強部と、磁化不能な第2の補強部と、磁化可能な第3の補強部とを有し、前記補強部により前記ハウジングが径方向の圧力に耐えられるようになり、また、前記補強部が磁場を前記磁性可動鉄心まで伝導する、ハウジング。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁を有し、流量絞り、温度センサー、フィルター要素、電気通路の少なくとも1つの要素が電磁気式逆止弁に組み込まれている、燃料供給システムのためのタンクバルブ。
- 燃料貯蔵タンクの高圧チャンバーに配置された請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁を有する燃料供給システム。
- フィルター要素が組み込まれた弁体を有する請求項18に記載の燃料供給システムのための流量絞り。
