Claims (15)
- 気体状の媒体を、特に水素を貯蔵するためのタンク装置(1)において、バルブ装置(2)と、タンク(10)と、長軸(11)とを有し、前記バルブ装置(2)はバルブハウジング(20)を有し、該バルブハウジング(20)の中に前記長軸(11)に沿って可動のパイロットバルブ部材(18)が配置され、該パイロットバルブ部材(18)は第1の流出開口部(56)を開閉するために第1のバルブシート(27)と協同作用し、そのようにしてパイロットバルブ(44)を構成し、前記バルブ装置(2)は磁気コイル(14)によって作動可能であり、前記バルブハウジング(20)の中にマスタバルブ部材(19)が前記パイロットバルブ部材(18)に対して同軸に配置され、該マスタバルブ部材(19)は第2の流出開口部(31)を開閉するために第2のバルブシート(40)と協同作用し、そのようにしてマスタバルブ(191)を構成し、前記タンク装置(1)はねじ込みハウジング部材(24)を含み、前記バルブ装置(2)は前記ねじ込みハウジング部材(24)によって前記タンク(10)のネック領域(6)に固定的に統合され、前記バルブ装置(2)は前記タンク(10)内のタンク圧力によって、およびばね(26)によって、オフになった前記磁気コイル(14)のもとで閉止された位置に配置される、タンク装置。

- 前記ねじ込みハウジング部材(24)に貫通通路(244)が構成されていて、該貫通通路(244)を介して前記タンク(10)が前記バルブ装置(2)と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記第2のバルブシート(40)は前記バルブハウジング(20)および前記第2の流出開口部(31)の下流側に構成され、円筒状の前記流出開口部(31)は円筒状の通過通路(80)に連通し、前記通過通路(80)の直径Dは前記流出開口部(31)の直径dよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記通過通路(80)はテーパ状の移行領域(36)によって前記流出開口部(31)へと移行することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記タンク装置(1)は固定部材(12)を有し、該固定部材(12)によって前記バルブ装置(2)が前記ねじ込みハウジング部材(24)と固定的に結合され、そのようにして前記バルブ装置(2)が前記ねじ込みハウジング部材(24)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記通過通路(80)は前記バルブハウジング(20)に構成された流入開口部(28)によって、および前記ねじ込みハウジング部材(24)の貫通通路(244)によって、タンク内部空間(100)と接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記パイロットバルブ部材(18)の切欠き(45)に前記ばね(26)が配置されてばね室(25)が構成され、前記ばね(26)によって前記パイロットバルブ部材(18)と前記マスタバルブ部材(16)とが前記第2のバルブシート(40)の方向に力で付勢されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記パイロットバルブ部材(18)は縦開口部(33)と横穴(180)とを有し、該縦開口部(33)と該横穴(180)は前記ばね室(25)と流体接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記バルブハウジング(20)と前記マスタバルブ部材(19)との間に制御室(32)が構成され、該制御室(32)の中にばね(7)が配置され、該ばね(7)は前記第2のバルブシート(40)の方向と反対向きの力で前記マスタバルブ部材(19)を付勢することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記マスタバルブ部材(19)は排出通路(56)を有し、該排出通路(56)は通過開口部(57)に連通し、前記通過開口部(57)は前記流出開口部(31)に連通することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 前記第1のバルブシート(27)は前記マスタバルブ部材(19)に構成され、前記第2のバルブシート(40)は前記バルブハウジング(20)に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)。
- 燃料電池の作動のための水素を貯蔵するために請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)を有している燃料電池機構。
- 圧縮流体を貯蔵するために請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)を有している燃料電池駆動式の車両。
- 水素を貯蔵するために請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のタンク装置(1)を有している水素駆動式の車両。
