Claims (13)
- 人間の身体に装着された脈波センサおよび少なくとも1つの人感センサと、前記脈波センサおよび前記人感センサに接続された測定ユニットと、前記測定ユニットと通信可能なCPUと、を備えた装置の作動方法であって、
前記測定ユニットが、前記脈波センサおよび前記人感センサを使用して、睡眠中の前記人間の脈波信号および手足の運動の発生を登録すること、
前記CPUが、登録された前記脈波信号に基づいてRR間隔の値および呼吸数を測定すること、
前記CPUが、予め設定された時間間隔Δtiにわたる関数F(Δti)の値を決定し、関数F(Δti)の増分に基づいて覚醒に好適な前記人間の睡眠相の始まりおよび終わりを決定すること、を備え、
iは、時間間隔の通し番号であり、
であり、
P1は、時間間隔Δtiにわたる前記RR間隔の平均値であり、
P2は、時間間隔Δtiにわたる前記RR間隔の最小値であり、
P3は、時間間隔Δtiにわたる前記RR間隔の最大値であり、
P4は、3分から20分の先行する時間間隔にわたる前記RR間隔の標準偏差であり、
P5は、時間間隔Δtiにわたる前記呼吸数の平均値であり、
P6は、0.5分から10分までの範囲にわたる先行する時間期間にわたる人間の手足の運動の平均数であり、
K1〜K6は、関数F(Δti)の値に対するパラメータP1〜P6の寄与を特徴づける重み係数であり、
前記時間間隔Δt i にわたる関数F(Δt i )の前記増分が第1の予め設定された閾値を超える場合、覚醒に好適な前記睡眠相の前記始まりを識別することを備え、
前記時間間隔Δt i にわたる関数F(Δt i )の前記増分が第2の予め設定された閾値より小さくなる場合、覚醒に好適な前記睡眠相の前記終わりを識別することを備え、
第1の予め設定された閾値が正の値であり、第2の予め設定された閾値が負の値である、方法。 - パラメータ値P4が4分から6分までの範囲で測定される、時間間隔を選択することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パラメータ値P6が4分から6分までの範囲で測定される、時間間隔を選択することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- msで測定されたパラメータP1のための重み係数K1の値が、0.6ms−1から3ms−1までの範囲で選択され、
msで測定されたパラメータP2のための重み係数K2の値が、0.1ms−1から0.7ms−1までの範囲で選択され、
msで測定されたパラメータP3のための重み係数K3の値が、0.01ms−1から0.3ms−1までの範囲で選択され、
msで測定されたパラメータP4のための重み係数K4の値が、0.5ms−1から3ms−1までの範囲で選択され、
min−1で測定されたパラメータP5のための重み係数K5の値が、1分から10分までの範囲で選択され、
パラメータP6のための重み係数K6の値が、5から50までの範囲で選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 0.9ms−1から1.05ms−1までの範囲において前記重み係数K1の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 0.1ms−1から0.2ms−1までの範囲において前記重み係数K2の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 0.02ms−1から0.05ms−1までの範囲において前記重み係数K3の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 1.3ms−1から1.5ms−1までの範囲において前記重み係数K4の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 1.5分から2.3分までの範囲で選択された前記重み係数K5の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 18から24までの範囲で選択された前記重み係数K6の値を選択することを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記脈波センサは、圧電センサ、歪みゲージまたは光学センサであり、手首または前腕に装着される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの人感センサは、加速度計であり、腕または脚に装着される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記時間間隔Δtiは、1分から6分までの範囲で選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
