Description
− 熱に起因する遅延がわずかであること、
− プラスチック−プラスチック−境界層へ意図的にエネルギーを導入すること、
− 交流電磁場の作用時間が短いこと、
− ほぼ同時に溶着すること、
− 内側の境界層におけるプラスチック厚さは制約を受けず、何故ならば、交流電磁場はプラスチックと相互作用しないためであること、
− 周囲雰囲気を自由に選択できること、
− 製造及び反応経過が煩雑でないこと、
− 極めて大きな作業間隔が可能であること、
− 方法を幅広く様々に変えることができ、かつ、強度、パルス長、パルス繰返し数といった磁場の調節や、材料、サイズ、形態といった材料の設計により、それぞれのプラスチックへの適合が可能であること、
− 他の化学添加剤や触媒が不要であること、
− 結合範囲及び境界層の形状、例えばサイズ、形態に制限がないこと、
− 物理的効果のみに基づくのではなく、さらに境界層における共有結合の形成によって、安定で永続的な結合付着性が得られること、
− ポリマー材料への反作用なしに、プラスチック−プラスチック−境界層にわたって化学反応が生じること、
− 新規の特性を有する新規のポリマー複合体が製造されること。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも2つのプラスチックを結合させるための方法において、結合させるべきプラスチックのうち少なくとも1つに、少なくとも1つの導電性材料を含んでおりかつこれらのプラスチックを部分的にのみ覆う材料であって、不規則的な形態の又はメアンダー形の材料、球状の、楕円状の、若しくは星形の粒子としての材料、および/または、シートの構成要素としての材料を施与し、次いで、これらのプラスチックを、少なくともこの材料を伴う範囲において互いに接触させ、その後、少なくともこの範囲を少なくとも1回交流電磁場に曝すことにより、化学反応を介してこれらのプラスチック間に共有結合が形成され、
プラスチックとして、プラスチック間に共有結合を形成可能なプラスチックのみを使用し、かつ、
接触しているプラスチックを、1μs〜10msでかつ60〜100Tの交流電磁場に曝すことを特徴とする方法。 - プラスチックとして、熱可塑性プラスチックを使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不規則的な形態の、又はメアンダー形の材料を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 材料として、球状の、楕円状の、又は星形の粒子を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- シートの構成要素である材料を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属材料からなる材料を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスチックの最大で50%を覆う材料を施与する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接触しているプラスチックを、1つのパルスでの、又は複数の短く連続するパルスでの、又は他の時間的に変化し得る形態での場の強度を有する交流電磁場に曝す、請求項1に記載の方法。
