Claims (8)
- 積層方向に積層された複数の蓄電セル(11)と、前記蓄電セル(11)の積層方向両端に重ね合わされた一対のエンドプレート(14)と、両端の締結部(15a,16a)にて前記一対のエンドプレート(14)に接続されたフレーム(15,16)と、前記フレーム(15,16)および前記蓄電セル(11)間に挟持された絶縁性のインシュレータ(18,19)とを備える蓄電モジュールであって、
搭載状態において、前記インシュレータ(18,19)の内の一部のインシュレータ(18)は前記フレーム(15)および蓄電セル(11)間から外部に露出する露出部(18a)を有するとともに、前記露出部(18a)が鉛直方向に延びて前記フレーム(15)の外部に露出した部分の側面を覆っており、前記一部のインシュレータの前記露出部(18a)の外面に、鉛直方向に延びる複数の第1リブ(18f)が形成されることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 前記一部のインシュレータ(18)は、隣接する前記第1リブ(18f)をV字状に接続する複数の第2リブ(18g)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記一部のインシュレータ(18)は、前記フレーム(15)および前記蓄電セル(11)間の前記露出部(18a)とは逆側から外部に露出して、前記フレーム(15)の下端よりも鉛直方向下方に延出する下方延出部(18e)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記下方延出部(18e)の下縁はジグザグ形状に屈曲することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 積層方向端部に位置する前記蓄電セル(11)と前記エンドプレート(14)との間に挟持された絶縁性の蓄電セルホルダ(12A,12B)を備え、前記蓄電セルホルダ(12A,12B)は前記フレーム(15,16)の下端よりも鉛直方向下方に延出する下方延出部(12g)を備え、前記一部のインシュレータ(18)の下方延出部(18e)は、前記蓄電セルホルダ(12A,12B)の下方延出部(12g)と協働して前記複数の蓄電セル(11)の周囲を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記インシュレータ(18,19)には撥水加工が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記インシュレータ(18,19)のうち、リブの部分に撥水加工が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール(M)を支持プレート(29)上に固定する蓄電モジュールの固定構造であって、
前記支持プレート(29)と前記フレーム(15,16)とは相互に対向しており、前記インシュレータ(18,19)の鉛直方向下端は前記支持プレート(29)よりも鉛直方向下方に位置することを特徴とする蓄電モジュールの固定構造。
