Claims (5)
- 晶析の対象となる原料および当該原料を含む母液を育晶器に供給し、当該育晶器内において当該原料の種晶を成長させる分級層型晶析装置において、
前記育晶器の底部の付近に前記母液の過飽和の状態である過飽和母液を供給し、
前記育晶器の底部からの高さ方向における供給位置を設定して前記原料を供給することにより、前記種晶の凝集速度および前記種晶の個数を制御する、結晶の凝集制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の結晶の凝集制御方法であって、
前記育晶器の下側領域に、前記母液のスラリー層を生成し、
前記育晶器の上側領域に、前記母液の液相を生成し、
前記底部から、前記スラリー層の高さ方向における所定位置までの間の位置において前記原料を供給することにより、種晶の凝集を促進する結晶の凝集制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の結晶の凝集制御方法であって、
前記育晶器の下側領域に、前記母液のスラリー層を生成し、
前記育晶器の上側領域に、前記母液の液相を生成し、
前記スラリー層の高さ方向における所定位置から前記液相との境界付近までの間の位置において前記原料を供給することにより、種晶の凝集を抑制する結晶の凝集制御方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の結晶の凝集制御方法であって、
前記育晶器は逆円錐型である、結晶の凝集制御方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の結晶の凝集制御方法であって、
前記結晶は食塩である、結晶の凝集制御方法。
