Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る空気調和機の換気予冷装置の設置状態を示す図である。本実施形態に係る空気調和機の換気予冷装置(換気及び予冷をするための装置)1は、蒸発器2に隣接して設けられて、室外空気3を冷却するために用いられる。また、空気調和機の換気予冷装置1は、空気調和機の作動中に蒸発器2で生じた凝縮水を回収して、室外空気を予冷する。これにより、室外空気3の温度と室内温度との温度差を低減させて、環境に配慮して省エネルギー化を図り、さらに冷却効率の向上を得る等の効果を奏する。

Claims (5)
- 蒸発器に隣接して設けられ、室外空気を冷却して室内を換気するための空気調和機の換気予冷装置であって、
前記蒸発器からの凝縮水を貯留するための貯留容器と、
前記凝縮水に導熱接触する冷却ユニットと、
前記室外空気を案内して前記冷却ユニットに通過させる給気ファンと、
案内通路と、を含み、
前記冷却ユニットは、伝熱管と、前記伝熱管が穿設される複数の放熱フィンと、前記伝熱管に連結されるウォーターポンプとを含み、
前記凝縮水は、前記ウォーターポンプにより前記伝熱管の一端に流入し、且つ、前記伝熱管の他端から流出して前記貯留容器内に集まり、
前記複数の放熱フィンは、前記貯留容器内に設置されて前記凝縮水に直接に接触し、
前記凝縮水の温度は、前記冷却ユニットに伝わり、
前記室外空気は、前記冷却ユニットを通過することによって、前記冷却ユニットと熱交換して前記室内に入り込む予冷空気が形成され、
前記案内通路は、前記予冷空気を前記室内に導入することを特徴とする空気調和機の換気予冷装置。 - 前記貯留容器は、盤体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の換気予冷装置。
- 前記貯留容器は、オーバーフローチューブをさらに含み、
前記凝縮水は、前記貯留容器内で一定の高さを超えると、前記オーバーフローチューブに流入することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気調和機の換気予冷装置。 - 前記冷却ユニットは、複数の空気流通路を有し、
前記室外空気は、前記複数の空気流通路を通過して前記冷却ユニットに接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の換気予冷装置。 - 前記給気ファンは、前記室外空気が前記冷却ユニットを通過する前の位置、または前記室外空気が前記冷却ユニットを通過した後の位置に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の換気予冷装置。
