Claims (22)
- ホットランナ(1)と、バルブピン(3)が内部にて軸方向に移動可能であるノズルを有する少なくとも一つの注入器(2)と、バルブピン(3)の閉じている位置と開いている位置との間の軸方向の変位を、圧力下で流体プラスチック材料をホットランナ(1)から型穴へ流すのを可能にするように制御する作動手段を含み、前記作動手段は回転電気モータ(4)と、回転電気モータ(4)のシャフト(5)の回転をバルブピン(3)の並進へ変換するためのスクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)を含む伝達器と、を含み、
前記バルブピン(3)は第1の軸(A)を規定し、前記電気モータ(4)のシャフトは第2の軸(B)を規定し、前記スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)は第3の軸(C)を規定する、プラスチック材料の射出成形のための装置であって、
前記第1、第2及び第3の軸の内の少なくとも2つは互いに平行に設定され、バルブピン(3)と、回転電気モータ(4)と、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)とにおいて当該平行な軸を有する少なくとも2つの部材は、互いに隣り合うように設定され、
ロッカーレバーを含む力倍増部(12;23;27)が、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)とバルブピン(3)との間に設けられた
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、第2の軸(B)は、第3の軸(C)に平行であり、かつ第1の軸(A)に平行であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、第2と第3の軸(B、C)は、互いに平行であり、第1の軸(A)と直交することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、第1と第3の軸(A、C)は、互いに平行であり、第2の軸(B)と直交することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置であって、第1および第3の軸(A、C)が一致することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の装置であって、前記伝達器が、電気モータ(4)のシャフト(5)と、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のスクリュー(9)との間に設定された力の倍増手段(6,7,8;25;26)を構成することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置であって、前記力の倍増手段が、電気モータ(4)のシャフト(5)及びスクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のスクリュー(9)に対して、それぞれ回転において結合される、プーリーの対の周りで駆動するエンドレスベルト(7)と、駆動プーリー(6)と、被駆動プーリー(8)と、を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置であって、前記力の倍増手段が、電気モータ(4)のシャフト(5)及びスクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のスクリュー(9)を回転において結合する円筒状ギアのトレーン(25)を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置であって、前記力の倍増手段が、電気モータ(4)のシャフト(5)及びスクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のスクリュー(9)を回転において結合するベベルギアの対(26)を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記ロッカーレバー(12;23)が、バルブピン(3)を統制するための、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のスクリュー11によって駆動されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記ロッカーレバー(12;23)が、一端(15)を前記スクリュー(11)へ、他の一端(16)をバルブピン(3)へ、線形のガイド手段(14、17)を通して連結されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置であって、前記線形のガイド手段(14、17)が、バルブピン3の移動端の停止を規定することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、振動レバー(27)が、前記スクリュー(11)へ接続される一端(28)を有し、反対の端(28)において固定軸(30)へ連結され、前記振動レバー(27)の中間領域(31)がバルブピン(3)へ連結されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一つに記載の装置であって、さらに、前記バルブピン(3)の移動の検知と、前記回転電気モータ(4)の制御とのためのトランスデューサ手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の装置であって、前記回転電気モータ(4)と、前記伝達器(10;6,7,8;25,12;23;27)が、直接ホットランナ(1)へ固定される支持部(18)によって担持されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置であって、前記支持部(18)が、ホットランナ(1)に対して、バルブピン(3)の軸(A)周りで様々に選択可能な角度位置にて固定されるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置であって、前記回転電気モータ(4)と前記スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)とは、前記支持部(18)に対して、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)の軸(C)周りで様々に選択可能な角度位置にて固定され得る共通のケーシング(19)の中に収納されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置であって、前記ケーシング(19)が、回転電気モータ(4)のためと、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のためと、の冷却剤の循環のためのチャネル(20,21,22)を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置であって、前記チャネルが、回転電気モータ(4)のためと、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のための物が共通であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置であって、前記チャネルが、回転電気モータ(4)のためと、スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)のための物が別個であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置であって、さらに、前記冷却剤の流率及び/又は温度を検知するための手段を含み、前記手段は前記装置の保護のためのシステムに、動作上接続されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の装置であって、前記回転電気モータ(4)と、前記スクリューとナットの組み合わせ部(10)が、互いに独立に支持されることを特徴とする装置。
