Description
Claims (12)
- 巻き取り可能な圧延金属シート、を次々と処理または機械加工システムに通すために、2つ以上の表面を上下に平らに重ね合わせて前記圧延金属シートの端部同士を接合する方法であって、初めに第1のストロークで全ての穴を同時に打ち抜き、次に第2のストロークで全ての鳩目を同時に押し込むことによって、前記圧延金属シートの方向に対して基本的に横方向に配置された複数の鳩目によって前記圧延金属シート端部を互いに接合することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記打ち抜きおよび前記鳩目の押し込みは、交互に一列に配置された打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具の交互動作によって行われ、これに使用される加工用工具は、打ち抜きと前記鳩目の押し込みとの間に、その長手方向に水平に変位されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鳩目は、前記打ち抜き工程中に、押し込み工具に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記鳩目の配置は前記圧延金属シートの方向に対して垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記鳩目の配置は前記圧延金属シート方向に対して斜めであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 巻き取り可能な圧延金属シート(A、B)の端部同士を、2つ以上の表面を上下に平らに重ねて、接合する装置(1)であって、前記圧延金属シートの端部を固定するための少なくとも1つのクランプ装置(3)と、前記圧延金属シートの端部同士を接合するための少なくとも1つの機械加工ユニットとを有する装置(1)において、前記機械加工ユニットは、同じ間隔で交互に一列に配置された鳩目導入用の複数の打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具(9、10)を備えた加工用工具(4)と、カウンタ工具としてのダイ(11)とを有し、前記加工用工具(4)と前記ダイ(11)とは隣接する2つの個々の工具間の距離だけ前記列の方向に変位可能であることと、前記打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具(9、10)の上方に、下に位置付けられた前記打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具(9、10)を動作させるための複数の加圧ラム(15)を備えた押圧装置(5)が設けられることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 両ストローク機能のために共用駆動装置(16A、16B)が設けられ、打ち抜きと前記鳩目の押し込みとを切り替えるために、前記加工用工具(4)はその長手方向に変位可能であるべく設計されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記押圧装置(5)は、使用中の全ての打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具(9、10)を一斉に動作させる押圧クロスヘッド(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記押圧クロスヘッド(14)は、前記打ち抜き工具(9)および前記押し込み工具(10)のそれぞれの数と等しい数の加圧ラム(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 鉛直軸線を中心に少なくとも前記クランプ装置(3)と、前記加工用工具(4)と、前記押圧装置(5)とを傾けることができることを特徴とする請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記鳩目を変形させるために、前記打ち抜きおよび押し込み工具(9、10)の下に配置された前記ダイ(11)に、前記打ち抜きまたは押し込み工具(9、10)に対応して交互に配置された穴(12)または型(13)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7〜10の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記鳩目をそれぞれの押し込み領域に供給するために、供給装置が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7〜11の何れか1項に記載の装置。
