Claims (17)
- 作動媒体の為の閉じられた循環系を有する自動車の熱交換器システムであって、自動車の熱交換器システムが、排ガス(AG)を自動車の内燃機関から導くための排ガスチャネル(3)と、作動媒体の蒸発の為に排ガスチャネル(3)と接触する蒸発装置(1,2)を有する自動車の熱交換器システムにおいて、
蒸発装置(1,2)が、少なくとも一つの蒸発装置カセット(4,5)を有し、その際、蒸発装置カセット(4,5)が、ハウジング(7)及びハウジング(7)内に設けられた毛細管構造(8)を有することを特徴とする自動車の熱交換器システム。 - 蒸発装置カセット(4,5)が、液体側(32)及び蒸気側(30)を有し、これらが、毛細管構造(8)によって分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)が、多孔性のプレート筐体(28)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)が、焼結された材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)内に蒸気チャネル(31)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸気チャネル(31)が、排ガスチャネル(3)の方に向けられた毛細管構造(8)の面内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置カセット(4,5)が、液体の作動媒体の為の分配室(33)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置カセット(4,5)に、蒸気収集室(34)が付設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置(1,2)が、複数の蒸発装置カセット(4,5)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 排ガスチャネル(3)が二つの蒸発装置カセット(4,5)の間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 排ガスチャネル(3)内に熱移行面の拡大の為の手段(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- ハウジング(7)が、シェル筐体(9)及びカバー(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- ハウジング(7)が、複数の条部(23,27)及び/又は刻印又はエングレーブを有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 毛細管構造(8)がハウジング(7)内に複数のシール(25)の組み入れのもと設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 圧力調整の為の手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 蒸発装置(1,2)の前に作動媒体の為の圧力調整容器が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
- 複数の蒸気溝が、蒸発装置カセット(4,5)のハウジング内の複数の条部によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の自動車の熱交換器システム。
