Claims (8)
- 互いに上下に積層された複数のプレート対(29)を有し、前記複数のプレート対(29)の1つの2つのプレート(30、31)の間に第1の流体を導通するための第1の流動スペース(19)が形成されており、
第2の流体を導通するための第2の流動スペース(21)が、2つの隣接し合ったプレート対(29)の間に形成されており、
前記第1の流体を導入するための入口開口(32)を有し、
前記第1の流体を導出するための出口開口(33)を有する熱交換器(12)において、
前記2つのプレート(30、31)が、前記プレート(30、31)内の応力を低減するための2つの膨張開口(22)を有し、
前記2つの膨張開口(22)の両方が前記プレート(30,31)の長手方向に延びており、前記2つのプレート(30,31)の側縁部に沿って延びており、
前記2つの膨張開口(22)は、前記プレート(30、31)において、前記入口開口(32)と前記出口開口(33)を結ぶ線分と交差するような態様で配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記プレート(30、31)が入口貫通開口(36)を有し、前記プレート対(29)の間において前記入口貫通開口(36)に面して、それぞれ貫通開口(25)を備えたスペーサ(37)が形成されており、これにより、前記入口貫通開口(36)と前記スペーサ(37)の前記貫通開口(25)とに、前記第1の流体を前記第1の流動スペース(19)内へ導入するための入口通路が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレート(30、31)が出口貫通開口(36)を有し、前記プレート対(29)の間において前記出口貫通開口(36)に面して、それぞれ貫通開口(25)を備えたスペーサ(37)が形成されており、これにより、前記出口貫通開口(36)と前記スペーサ(37)の前記貫通開口(25)とに、前記第1の流体を前記第1の流動スペース(19)から導出するための出口通路が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記膨張開口(22)が膨張スリットとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレート対(29)の間において前記第2の流動スペース(21)にフィン(34)および/または少なくとも1本の管(28)が配置されており、および/または、前記第1の流動スペース(19)が蛇行状の流路(20)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器(12)の諸構成要素が互いにろう接されており、および/または、前記熱交換器(12)の諸構成要素が少なくとも部分的に金属から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1項に記載の熱交換器。
- クラウジウスランキンサイクルを用いて内燃機関(8)の廃熱を利用するためのシステム(1)であって、
− 作動媒体を備えたライン(2)を有する回路、
− 前記作動媒体を搬送するためのポンプ(3)、
− 前記作動媒体を導通するための少なくとも1つの第1の流動スペース(19)と流体を導通するための少なくとも1つの第2の流動スペース(21)とを備えていて、液体状の作動媒体を蒸発させて熱を前記流体から前記作動媒体へ伝達するための蒸発器熱交換器(4)、
− 膨張機(5)、
− 蒸気状の作動媒体を液化するための凝縮器(6)、
を含むシステムにおいて、
前記蒸発器熱交換器(4)が請求項1〜6の1項に従って構成されている熱交換器であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 内燃機関(8)が、クラウジウスランキンサイクルを用いて前記内燃機関(8)の廃熱を利用するためのシステム(1)を具備し、前記システム(1)が、
− 作動媒体を備えたライン(2)を有する回路、
− 前記作動媒体を搬送するためのポンプ(3)、
− 液体状の作動媒体を蒸発させるための、前記内燃機関(8)の廃熱により加熱可能な蒸発器熱交換器(4)、
− 膨張機(5)、
− 蒸気状の作動媒体を液化するための凝縮器(6)、
を含む内燃機関において、
前記蒸発器熱交換器が請求項1〜6の1項に従って構成されている熱交換器であることを特徴とする内燃機関。
