Claims (4)
- ウォームシャフトのシャフト歯と噛み合う複数のホイール歯を備えるウォームホイールの製造方法であって、
所定の方向への前記ウォームシャフトの回転時に前記シャフト歯によって押される前記ホイール歯の第1歯面を成形する第1型と、逆方向への前記ウォームシャフトの回転時に前記シャフト歯によって押される前記ホイール歯の第2歯面を成形する第2型と、を組み合わせて、前記第1型と前記第2型とによって画定されるキャビティを形成する工程と、
前記キャビティに溶融材料を注入し、前記ホイール歯を成形する工程と、
前記第1型及び前記第2型を、前記ホイール歯の歯筋に対して傾斜する方向に互いに引き離す工程と、を備えることを特徴とするウォームホイールの製造方法。 - 前記ホイール歯の歯筋に対して前記ウォームホイールの回転軸側に傾斜する方向に前記第1型及び前記第2型を互いに引き離すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォームホイールの製造方法。
- 前記ウォームホイールの回転軸に沿う方向に前記第1型及び前記第2型を互いに引き離すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォームホイールの製造方法。
- 前記第1型を用いて前記第1歯面の全体を曲面状に形成するとともに前記第2型を用いて前記第2歯面の全体を曲面状に形成することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のウォームホイールの製造方法。
