Description
1.2mm厚の冷間圧延鋼板を調達し、その組成は、重量パーセント(%)において表して、以下であり、残部は鉄および処理から生じる不可避的不純物からなる。
鋼板が1.8mmの厚さを有し、溶融めっきコーティング後に540℃に再加熱しなかった、この結果としてそれらのコーティングはガルバナイジングされており、ガルバニーリングされてはいないことを除いて、上述の方法を用いて亜鉛でプレコーティングされた鋼板を作製した。

- 金属プレコーティングが、亜鉛または亜鉛合金の層で覆われたアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム基合金の層で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
- 深さp50%が、9から30マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする、請求項5から10のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
- 深さp 50% が、12から30マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- プレコーティングされた鋼板を切断してブランクを得るステップの後で、ブランクを炉中において温度TRに加熱するステップの前に、ブランクをコールドスタンピングすることを特徴とする、請求項5から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 鋼基材の組成が、重量パーセントで表して、
0.15%≦C≦0.25%
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5から13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - この温度TRが、鋼のAc3温度以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5から14のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
- 冷間圧延鋼板が焼鈍されて、焼鈍の完了時に、基材中に、プレコーティングと基材の間の界面の下で、界面から測定して0から5マイクロメートルの間の深さにおいて、チタン、ケイ素、マンガン、アルミニウム、クロムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素を含む酸化物を得て、ここでこの領域における1マイクロメートルより大きい直径を有する酸化物の密度が50/mm2より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項5から15のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
- 露点PRが−15から+17℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項5から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 露点PRが−15から−10℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項5から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 温度T1aが、鋼基材の加熱中のオーステナイト変態温度であるAc1より高いことを特徴とする、請求項5から18のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
