Claims (8)
- 作業チャネル(2.1)を有する内視鏡(2)、案内部分(3)、案内カニューレ(4)、および、工具部分(5)を備える外科用工具装置(1)であって、
前記内視鏡(2)の作業チャネル(2.1)内には案内部分(3)のデフレクタパイプ(3.1)が配置され、
前記案内カニューレ(4)が、前記デフレクタパイプ(3.1)内にスライド可能に装着され、
前記工具部分(5)は、遠位端部に回転工具(5.3)を備える工具軸(5.1)を有し、前記工具部分(5)は前記案内カニューレ(4)内へと挿入され、
前記案内カニューレ(4)は、前記工具部分(5)と共に前記案内部分(3)内に収容可能であり、
前記案内部分(3)の遠位端部と、前記工具部分(5)の遠位端部とが同時に遠位作業領域に向かって移動するように、前記案内部分(3)と前記工具部分(5)とが前記作業チャネル(2.1)内をスライド可能に配置されており、
周回溝(2.7)が前記内視鏡(2)の近位端部の外周に設けられており、
前記周回溝(2.7)に係合するよう構成されたノーズ(3.13)が前記案内部分(3)に可動に支承されており、
前記ノーズ(3.13)は、シーソー形のレバー(3.7)の遠位端部に形成されており、
前記案内カニューレ(4)はその近位端部に移行部分(4.2)を有し、
前記周回溝(2.7)と前記ノーズ(3.13)とが一致する軸方向位置に達するまで前記デフレクタパイプ(3.1)を前記内視鏡(2)に押し込むとき、前記レバー(3.7)の近位ノーズ(3.7a)が前記移行部分(4.2)の周面によって半径方向に持ち上げられる、または外側に向かって押圧されることによって、前記ノーズ(3.13)が前記周回溝(2.7)に係合することにより、前記案内部分(3)が前記内視鏡(2)に対して軸方向に強固に固定される、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記案内カニューレ(4)と前記工具部分(5)とは軸方向に固定であるが、互いに相対的に回転可能に相互に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記案内部分(3)と前記案内カニューレ(4)は、互いに回動不能に接続可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記案内カニューレ(4)は近位に軸平行の外側溝(4.4)を有し、前記案内部分(3)は、近位の接続部分内に、軸平行に配列されたピン(3.10)を前記溝(4.4)と共同作用するために有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記案内部分(3)の前記デフレクタパイプ(3.1)が、前記レバー(3.7)及び前記レバー(3.7)のレバーホルダである円筒状外套(3.6)に対して相対的に、バネ(3.11)の作用に抗して軸方向に可動である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記工具部分(5)は、回転駆動部の駆動軸と連結可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記案内部分は、その遠位端部においてその軸(X)に対して側方に湾曲された案内区間を具備するデフレクタとして構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記案内カニューレ(4)も前記工具部分(5)も、それらの遠位端部領域においてフレキシブルに構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
