Description
異なるスチール材料または鉄系合金材料の物体(objects)は、通常、ニッケル系または銅系ろう付け材料でろう付けまたははんだ付けすることにより組み立てられる。以降、ろう付けという用語が使用されるが、この用語はまたはんだ付けも含むことが理解されるべきである。ろう付けは、金属部品を接合するプロセスであるが、ろう付けはまた、物体を封止する、または物体を被覆するためにも使用され得る。ろう付け温度は、基材(base material)の固有(original)固相線温度未満である。材料のろう付けの間、ろう付け材料は、加熱処理中に完全に、または部分的に溶融される。
本発明のろう付け材料の固相線および液相線温度をチェックするために、試験試料1から4を作製した。試験試料の組成を表1にまとめる。
本発明のろう付け材料のろう付け部分を有する接合部の引張強度をチェックするために、試験試料5から8を作製した。ろう付けされていないろう付け材料の試験試料の組成を表3にまとめる。
ろう付けされた試作品に対し性能をチェックすることを目的として、本例において、ろう付けフィラー材料の試験試料を比較した。試験試作品を、ろう付けフィラーの異なる試験試料でろう付けした。これらの試験において使用される試作品は、ろう付けされたプレート熱交換器であった。試作品はすべて、同一のプレート、接続部(connections)、強化材(reinforcements)等、同一の部品で製造された。すべては、試作品を可能な限り同一とするために行った。試作品の間の唯一の差は、ろう付けフィラーおよびろう付けサイクルであった。異なるろう付けフィラーは異なるろう付けサイクルを有するため、ろう付けサイクルの差は必然である。3種の異なるろう付けフィラーを使用し、フィラーAは純銅(Cu)ろう付けフィラーであり、(本発明による)フィラーBおよびCは、以下の表5に記載する。不可避の量の混入元素は表に記載されていない。

- 16質量%から18質量%のクロム(Cr)と;
1.5質量%から2.0質量%のマンガン(Mn)と;
11質量%から17質量%のニッケル(Ni)と;
1.5質量%から2.5質量%のモリブデン(Mo)と;
3.0質量%から5.0質量%のケイ素(Si)と;
0.01質量%から0.2質量%のホウ素(B)と;
4.0質量%から5.5質量%のリン(P)と;
残部鉄(Fe)および不可避の不純物元素からなる鉄系合金である、鉄系ろう付け材料であり;SiおよびPは、融点を低めるために有効な量で存在する、鉄系ろう付け材料。 - 前記不純物元素が、炭素(C)、酸素(O)、および硫黄(S)を含む、請求項1に記載のろう付け材料。
- 前記合金が、75℃の範囲内に固相線温度および液相線温度を有する、請求項1または2に記載のろう付け材料。

- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鉄系ろう付け材料と、水系もしくは油系またはこれらの組合せの、水性結合剤系もしくは有機結合剤系とを含むペーストであって、油系結合剤は、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート等のポリマー、セルロース誘導体等のバイオポリマー、デンプン、ワックス、またはこれらの組合せであってもよい、ペースト。
