Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et materiale for hardlodding som omfatter en legering som inneholder hovedsakelig: 15 til 30 vekt% krom (Cr); 0,1 til 5,0 vekt% mangan (Mn); 9 til 20 vekt% nikkel (Ni); 0 til 4,0 vekt% molybden (Mo); 0 til 1.0 vekt% nitrogen (N); 1,0 til 7,0 vekt% silisium (Si); 0 til 0,2 vekt% bor. (B); 1,0 til 7,0 vekt% fosfor (P); eventuelt 0,0 til 2,5 vekt% av hvert av ett eller flere elementer valgt fra gruppen bestående av vanadium (V), titan (Ti), wolfram (W), aluminum (Al), niob (Nb), hafnium (Hf) og. tantal (Ta); der legeringen er balansert med Fe, og små uunngåelige mengder av kontaminerende elementer; og der Si og P forefinnes i mengder tilstrekkelig til å redusere smeltetemperatur. Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører videre en fremgangsmåte for hardlodding samt et produkt hardloddet med hardloddematerialet.
