Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con un metal de relleno de broncesoldadura con excelente comportamiento humectante en un material de base de acero inoxidable; el metal de relleno de broncesoldadura produce una junta broncesoldada con alta solidez y buena una resistencia a la corrosión; el metal de relleno de broncesoldadura es adecuado para broncesoldar acero inoxidable y otros materiales, en donde se requiere una resistencia a la corrosión y alta solidez; los ejemplos típicos de aplicaciones son intercambiadores de calor y convertidores catalíticos; el polvo de metal de relleno de broncesoldadura basado en hierro-cromo de acuerdo con la invención comprende: entre 11 y 35% en peso de Cromo, entre 0 y 30% en peso de Níquel, entre 2 y 20% en peso de Cobre, entre 2 y 10% en peso de Silicio, entre 4 y 10% en peso de Fósforo, entre 0-10% en peso de Manganeso, y al menos 20% en peso de hierro, y si Si es igual o menor que 6% en peso, entonces P debe estar por encima de 8% en peso, y si P es menor o igual que 8% en peso, entonces Si debe estar por encima de 6% en peso.
