Description
Claims (7)
- ねじ軸と、
外周面にフランジ部を有すると共に前記ねじ軸に組み付けられたナット部材と、
前記ナット部材のフランジ部と対向する取付け部を有する中空部付きロッド部材と、
前記ナット部材のフランジ部と前記ロッド部材の取付け部を連結する緩衝部材と、
を備え、
前記緩衝部材は、
前記ナット部材の周りに配置された複数のシャフトと、
前記シャフトが貫通すると共に当該シャフトに沿って移動自在な一対の隔離板と、
前記一対の隔離板の間に押し縮めて配置された弾性体と、を備え、
前記複数のシャフトは、前記ナット部材のフランジ部に固定されるシャフトと、前記ロッド部材の取付け部に固定されるシャフトと、を含むことを特徴とする送りねじ装置。 - 前記複数のシャフトは、前記ナット部材のフランジ部に対して固定されると共に前記ロッド部材の取付け部に対して相対移動可能な第一のシャフトと、前記ロッド部材の取付け部に対して固定されると共に前記ナット部材のフランジ部に対して相対移動可能な第二のシャフトと、を含み、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向から加えられる外部からの衝撃荷重を、少なくとも前記第一のシャフト又は第二のシャフトのいずれか一方を前記フランジ部又は前記取付け部に対して相対移動させ、前記一対の隔離板に挟まれた前記弾性体の弾性力により緩衝することを特徴とする請求項1記載の送りねじ装置。 - 前記複数のシャフトは、前記ナット部材のフランジ部に対して固定されると共に前記ロッド部材の取付け部に対して相対移動可能な第一のシャフトと、前記第一のシャフトとは前記ねじ軸の軸方向における向きが互い違いに設けられ、前記ロッド部材の取付け部に対して固定されると共に前記ナット部材のフランジ部に対して相対移動可能な第二のシャフトと、を含み、
これら前記第一のシャフト及び第二のシャフトの一対を組とし、前記ナット部材の周りに少なくとも二組設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の送りねじ装置。 - 前記一対の第一のシャフト及び第二のシャフトの組を、前記ナット部材を挟んで二組設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の送りねじ装置。
- 前記フランジ部及び前記取付け部は、前記シャフトとの干渉を回避する切り欠き部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の送りねじ装置。
- 前記ナット部材の外周面には、前記シャフトに沿った前記隔離板の移動範囲を制限する規制溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の送りねじ装置。
- 請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載の送りねじ装置を用いて電動モータの回転運動を前記ロッド部材の軸方向への進退運動に変換することを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
