Claims (6)
- 板ガラスを焼き戻すための方法であって、板ガラスが加熱区域内で焼き戻し温度まで加熱され、そして下流の急冷区域内で急冷される、該方法であり、加熱区域と急冷区域との間で、板ガラスを、その上下両側に向い合って配置された支持ノズルから急冷区域に向って斜め方向に排出されるガスによってガスベアリングすることを特徴とする、該方法。
- 空気ベアリングが支持ノズルと板ガラスとの間に形成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- ガスを排出してガスベアリングを形成する支持ノズルが、焼き戻される板ガラスの前方の縁が支持ノズルの領域に到達するや否や始動し始める、請求項1記載の方法。
- 急冷区域中のガスが支持ノズルの方向に流動する、請求項1または3に記載の方法。
- 支持ノズルからのガスおよび急冷区域のノズルからのガスが、支持ノズルと急冷区域のノズルとの間の領域中に流出する、請求項1、3または4に記載の方法。
- 支持ノズルが、板ガラスの移動方向に対して横方向の振動に励起される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
