Abstract
Description
(1)珪藻土35%、普通ポルトランドセメント30%、消石灰10%、珪灰石13%、木質繊維12%を重量%で混合し、混合材料の重量の5〜15倍の水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間撹拌し、スラリーを調製するスラリー調製ステップと、
(2)スラリーを成形型又は成形装置に送り込み、厚さが0.6〜4.5cmの吸水性シート材グリーン体に成形するシート材成形ステップと、
(3)成形した吸水性シート材グリーン体を硬化乾燥し、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る硬化乾燥ステップと、を含み、
前記硬化乾燥ステップは、乾燥炉において、60℃〜80℃の温度で6〜10時間乾燥し、そして蒸気釜において蒸気で20〜40時間硬化させて吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る吸水性シート材の製造方法を提供する。
(1)珪藻土35%、普通ポルトランドセメント30%、消石灰10%、珪灰石13%、木質繊維12%を重量%で混合し、混合材料の重量の5〜15倍の水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間撹拌し、スラリーを調製するスラリー調製ステップと、
(2)スラリーを成形型又は成形装置に送り込み、厚さが0.6〜4.5cmの吸水性シート材グリーン体に成形するシート材成形ステップと、
(3)成形した吸水性シート材グリーン体を硬化乾燥し、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る硬化乾燥ステップと、を含み、
前記シート材成形ステップにおいて、前記スラリーは成形装置のドラムにより回転され、該ドラムが5〜20周回転した後、前記吸水性シート材グリーン体を得る吸水性シート材の製造方法を提供する。
(1)スラリー調製:上記配合例により重量%で材料を混合し、水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間、好ましくは30分間撹拌し、スラリーを調製する。
(2)シート材成形:スラリーを成形型又は成形設備装置に送り込み、厚さが0.6〜4.5cmの吸水性シート材グリーン体に成形する。
(3)硬化乾燥:成形した吸水性シート材グリーン体を吸水性シート材に硬化乾燥し、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る。
上記配合例によりそれぞれ重量%で人工で材料を混合し、水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間撹拌し、スラリーを得る。そして、スラリーを成形型に注入し、気泡を除去し、余分なスラリーを除去し、表面層を滑らかにさせ、所要のサイズ、厚さを得、更に研磨して、吸水性シート材の表面の粉体層を除去し、室温下で硬化させて6〜15日間空気乾燥して、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る。
本発明の実施例では、実施形態1との相違部分について説明する。
Claims (3)
- (1)珪藻土35%、普通ポルトランドセメント30%、消石灰10%、珪灰石13%、木質繊維12%を重量%で混合し、混合材料の重量の5〜15倍の水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間撹拌し、スラリーを調製するスラリー調製ステップと、
(2)スラリーを成形型又は成形装置に送り込み、厚さが0.6〜4.5cmの吸水性シート材グリーン体に成形するシート材成形ステップと、
(3)成形した吸水性シート材グリーン体を硬化乾燥し、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る硬化乾燥ステップと、
を含み、
前記硬化乾燥ステップは、乾燥炉において、60℃〜80℃の温度で6〜10時間乾燥し、そして蒸気釜において蒸気で20〜40時間硬化させて吸水性シート材の最終製品を得ることを特徴とする吸水性シート材の製造方法。 - (1)珪藻土35%、普通ポルトランドセメント30%、消石灰10%、珪灰石13%、木質繊維12%を重量%で混合し、混合材料の重量の5〜15倍の水を添加して予め混合し、10〜40分間撹拌し、スラリーを調製するスラリー調製ステップと、

(3)成形した吸水性シート材グリーン体を硬化乾燥し、吸水性シート材の最終製品を得る硬化乾燥ステップと、
を含み、
前記シート材成形ステップにおいて、前記スラリーは成形装置のドラムにより回転され、該ドラムが5〜20周回転した後、前記吸水性シート材グリーン体を得ることを特徴とする吸水性シート材の製造方法。 - 前記吸水性シート材を硬化乾燥した後、更に研磨工程を含み、研磨した後、吸水性シート材を薄片に分割することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸水性シート材の製造方法。
