Claims (9)
- セルロイド製品を生成する連続的押出しプロセスであって、
或る量のニトロセルロースを用意することと、
或る量のカンフルを用意することと、
チャンバと、前記チャンバ内に材料を受け入れるための開口部と、前記チャンバ内で材料を混合する少なくとも2つのスクリューと、前記チャンバ内に配置された材料を押出すための、前記チャンバと結合した押出しダイと、を規定する押出し機を用意することであって、前記チャンバは、第1のゾーン、第2のゾーン、第3のゾーン及び脱揮発分ゾーンを備える、ことと、
前記ニトロセルロースを、前記チャンバの前記第1のゾーンに導入することと、
前記カンフルを、メタノール、エタノール、アセトン及びそれらの混合物からなるグループから選択される低沸点溶媒に溶解してカンフル溶液を形成し、前記カンフル溶液を、前記チャンバの前記第1のゾーンあるいは前記第2のゾーンに導入することと、
追加の溶媒を、前記第1のゾーンあるいは前記第2のゾーンに加えることと、
前記ニトロセルロースを、前記チャンバの前記第2のゾーンに輸送することと、
前記第2のゾーンにおいて、前記ニトロセルロース、前記カンフル溶液、及び、前記追加の溶媒を連続的に混合し、混合物を形成することと、
前記混合物を、前記チャンバの前記第3のゾーンに輸送し、更に、前記混合物を、前記第1のゾーンの温度に対し、より高い温度で連続的に混合することと、
前記混合物を、前記脱揮発分ゾーンへ輸送し、前記混合物を、前記低沸点溶媒と前記追加の溶媒の両方の沸点より高い脱揮発分温度に加熱することにより、前記脱揮発分ゾーン内の前記混合物から前記低沸点溶媒と前記追加の溶媒の両方の第1の量を抽出することと、
前記ダイを介して、前記混合物を押出し、セルロイド製品を生成することと、
前記セルロイド製品から前記低沸点溶媒と前記追加の溶媒の第2の量を除去することと、
を含むプロセス。 - 前記第1のゾーンは、5℃と15℃との間の温度に維持され、前記第2のゾーンは、50℃から60℃の温度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第3のゾーンは、60℃から80℃の温度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記脱揮発分ゾーンは、75℃から90℃の温度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ゾーンのうちの少なくとも1つのゾーンは、前記ゾーンのうちの少なくとも1つの他のゾーンに比較して、より高い混合速度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記押出しは、5ミリメータ/秒から50ミリメータ/秒の速度で行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒は、少なくとも1つの温水槽を用いて、前記セルロイド製品から除去される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記セルロイド製品は、シート、ロッドあるいはチューブである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- セルロイド製品を調製するための連続的押出しプロセスであって、
或る量のニトロセルロースを用意することと、
或る量のカンフルを用意することと、
チャンバと、前記チャンバ内に材料を受け入れるための開口部と、前記チャンバ内で材料を混合する手段と、前記チャンバ内に配置された材料を押出すための、前記チャンバと結合した押出しダイと、を規定する押出し機を用意することであって、前記チャンバは、第1のゾーン、第2のゾーン及び脱揮発分ゾーンあるいは、これらの組み合わせを備える、ことと、
前記ニトロセルロースを、前記チャンバの前記第1のゾーンに導入することであって、前記第1のゾーンは、ニトロセルロースが発火しない温度に維持される、ことと、
前記カンフルを、メタノール、エタノール、アセトン及びそれらの混合物からなるグループから選択される低沸点溶媒に溶解して、カンフル溶液を形成し、前記カンフル溶液を、前記チャンバの前記第1のゾーンあるいは前記第2のゾーンに導入することと、
追加の溶媒を、前記第1のゾーンあるいは前記第2のゾーンに加えることと、
前記ニトロセルロースを、前記チャンバの前記第2のゾーンに輸送することと、
前記第2のゾーンにおいて、前記ニトロセルロース、前記カンフル溶液、及び、前記追加の溶媒を連続的に混合し、混合物を形成することと、
前記混合物を、前記脱揮発分ゾーンに輸送し、前記混合物を、前記低沸点溶媒及び前記追加の溶媒の両方の沸点より高い脱揮発分温度に加熱することにより、前記脱揮発分ゾーン内の前記混合物から前記低沸点溶媒及び前記追加の溶媒の両方の第1の量を抽出することと、
前記ダイを介して、前記混合物を押出し、セルロイド製品を生成することと、
前記セルロイド製品から前記低沸点溶媒及び前記追加の溶媒の両方の第2の量を除去することと、
を含む、プロセス。
