Description
破砕工程は、リサイクル用に回収された、アモルファス合金リボンを含む磁心を、破砕機を用いて機械的に破砕する工程である。
破砕工程の後、磁気選別機を用いて、磁性を有する合金リボン粉砕片を選択的に磁気吸着させる。これによって、磁性体である合金リボン粉砕片と樹脂や銅などの非磁性物とを分離する。磁気選別工程は、後述する絶縁油洗浄工程の前に、必要に応じて行ってよい工程である。
有機溶剤と、破砕工程で得られた合金リボンの破砕片とを円筒状のドラム型容器中に投入し、主に合金リボン破砕片に付着している絶縁油を有機溶剤に溶解させる工程である。
洗浄工程後に、有機溶剤をドラム内部から排出する工程である。
ドラム内部を減圧し、ドラムを外周部から加熱して、ドラム内に残留する有機溶剤を蒸発除去する工程である。
ドラム型洗浄器20から取り出した再生合金リボン片を、溶解原料の一部として大気または非酸化性雰囲気に載置された溶解炉に投入する工程である。
本工程は、溶解工程により得られた溶湯を冷却ロール上に出湯してリボン状に急冷凝固することによって、アモルファス合金リボンを得る工程である。

Claims (9)
- アモルファス合金リボンを含む磁心を破砕する工程と、
用意された有機溶剤と、前記破砕する工程で得られた破砕片とを、円筒の形状を有し、前記円筒の中心軸を回転軸として回転可能に支持された密閉可能な容器内に収容し、前記容器内で前記破砕片を前記有機溶剤に接触させ、破砕片を洗浄する工程と、
前記破砕片を前記有機溶剤に接触、洗浄させた後、前記容器内から前記有機溶剤を選択的に排出する工程と、
前記有機溶剤を排出した後、前記容器内に残留する有機溶剤を蒸発させる工程と
を包含し、前記有機溶剤を蒸発させた後に前記容器から取り出した前記破砕片が、再生合金用の材料として再利用される、再生合金材料の製造方法であって、
前記容器は、前記円筒の内周面から内側に突出する複数のフィンを有し、
前記フィンの突出長さは、前記円筒の内周半径の20〜50%の長さであり、
前記洗浄する工程において、前記容器を毎分1〜3回転の回転数で回転させる、再生合金材料の製造方法。 - 前記容器内に残留する有機溶剤を蒸発させる工程は、前記有機溶剤を排出した後、前記容器内を減圧し、前記容器の外周部を加熱することによって、前記容器内に残留する有機溶剤を蒸発させる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記容器の外周部の加熱をスチームによって行う請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶剤に接触させる工程は、前記容器を運動させることによって生じた前記有機溶剤の流れのなかで、前記破砕片を前記有機溶剤に接触させる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記破砕する工程の後に、磁気選別機を用いて前記破砕片を磁気的に吸着分離する工程をさらに包含する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記破砕する工程は、2軸せん断式破砕機によって行われる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶剤は、40℃以上100℃以下の温度に加熱された状態で前記容器内に収容される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の製造方法によって再生合金材料を得る工程と、
前記再生合金材料と他の原料合金とを溶解炉内に投入し大気中または非酸化性雰囲気下で溶解する工程と、
前記溶解炉で溶解された再生合金および他の原料合金を含む溶湯を、回転する冷却ロール上に出湯することによって急冷凝固合金を得る工程と
を包含する、再生アモルファス合金リボンの製造方法。 - 前記再生合金材料と前記他の原料合金との合計質量に対する再生合金材料の質量が10%以下である、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
