Claims (10)
- 第1の外側の表面および第2の内側の表面を有する外側ガラスシート、第3の外側の表面および第4の内側の表面を有する内側ガラスシート、ならびに、前記外側ガラスシートと前記内側ガラスシートとの間に設けられた高分子中間層を含むガラス積層体であって、
前記内側ガラスシートおよび前記外側ガラスシートの少なくとも1つが、2mmを超えない厚さを有すること、ならびに
前記内側ガラスシートの前記外側の第3の表面は、前記ガラス積層体を弱体化させるため、30μm以上80μm以下の深さのきずを有すること、
を特徴とするガラス積層体。 - 前記外側ガラスシートおよび前記内側ガラスシートがともに、2mmを超えない厚さを有し、かつ、前記内側ガラスシートが化学強化ガラスである、請求項1に記載のガラス積層体。
- 前記内側ガラスシートが、1.5mmを超えない厚さを有し、かつ、化学強化ガラスであり、
前記外側ガラスシートが、少なくとも1.5mmの厚さを有し、かつ、ソーダ石灰ガラスから形成され、化学強化ガラスではない、請求項1に記載のガラス積層体。 - 前記外側ガラスシートが、2mmを超えない厚さを有し、かつ、化学強化ガラスであり、
前記内側ガラスシートが、少なくとも1.5mmの厚さを有し、かつ、ソーダ石灰ガラスから形成され、化学強化ガラスではない、請求項1に記載のガラス積層体。 - 前記きずが、
(a)前記第3の表面の実質的に全領域、
(b)前記第3の表面の外側周囲部分を除いて前記第3の表面の実質的に全領域、または
(c)前記第3の表面の少なくとも1つの選択された区域、
のうちの1つにおいて形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス積層体。 - 前記内側ガラスシートの前記第4の内側の表面の近表面領域が、その表面から40μmを超える層深さ(DOL)まで、圧縮応力を受ける状態にあり、前記圧縮応力が300MPaを超える、請求項2または3に記載のガラス積層体。
- 前記外側ガラスシートの前記第2の内側の表面の近表面領域が、その表面から40μmを超える層深さ(DOL)まで、圧縮応力を受ける状態にあり、前記圧縮応力が300MPaを超える、請求項4に記載のガラス積層体。
- 前記第3の表面に形成される前記きずが、
(a)前記層深さの80%〜90%、
(b)45μm、または
(c)75μmの深さを有する、請求項6または7に記載のガラス積層体。 - 前記第3の表面に形成される前記きずが前記層深さの150%以上の深さを有する、請求項6または7に記載のガラス積層体。
- 前記内側ガラスシートが、熱強化ガラスである、請求項7に記載のガラス積層体。
