Abstract
Description
内部の引っ張り応力値=(圧縮応力値×応力深さ)/(板厚−2×応力深さ)
表1は、合わせガラスの内側ガラス板(試料No.1〜13)のガラス組成とガラス特性を示している。
更に、試料No.5のガラス組成となるように、ガラス原料を調合、溶融、清澄、攪拌して均質な溶融ガラスを得た後、溶融ガラスをオーバーフローダウンドロー法で板状に成形して、0.8mm厚のガラス板を得た。次に、このガラス板について、凹金型と凸金型からなる成型金型で挟み込んだ状態で、(軟化点Ts−40℃)の温度に保持した熱処理炉を通過させることにより、板幅方向の全体が円弧状に湾曲し、且つ長さ方向の全体が円弧状に湾曲した曲面形状に曲面加工した。更に450℃の混合溶融塩(66.7質量%KNO3溶融塩、33.3質量%NaNO3溶融塩)中に8時間浸漬した後、更に390℃のKNO3溶融塩中に2時間浸漬することにより、化学強化処理を行った。化学強化処理後にガラス表面を洗浄し、内側ガラス板を得た。なお、内側ガラス板は、表面から深さ方向における圧縮応力曲線が屈曲しており、圧縮応力値CSが890MPa、応力深さDOLが53μmであった。

Claims (6)
- 内側ガラス板と外側ガラス板が有機樹脂中間層により一体化された車両用合わせガラスにおいて、
内側ガラス板と外側ガラス板が、曲面形状を有し、
内側ガラス板が、表面に圧縮応力層を有する化学強化ガラスであり、
内側ガラス板が、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜75%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B2O3 0〜20%、Na2O 10〜25%を含有し、徐冷点が700℃以下、且つ軟化点が900℃以下であることを特徴とする車両用合わせガラス。 - 内側ガラス板の板厚が1.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 内側ガラス板の表面の圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が350MPa以上であり、且つ応力深さが20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 外側ガラス板が、ソーダライムガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 有機樹脂層が、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体又はポリビニルブチラールで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 自動車のフロントガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の車両用合わせガラス。
